I went to Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club on a Saturday night at 22:00. There are two parking lots. The main lot is in the shape of a trapezoid in front of the building, and the overflow lot is across Bunkum Road. As I walked from my truck to the entrance, a black guy in a SUV drove up to me and offered to sell me cocaine. I had a free admission pass from Aphrodite. I think the free admission pass only saved me $10. If I wanted in-and-out privileges, smoking lounge access, and entrance to the private dance areas, I was still going to have to pay for a VIP bracelet, which was an extra $15. I should also note there was a feature dancer performing later that night, but I don't think that increased the price of admission. The door girl scans your driver's license. There is a large bar in the middle of the room. A twelve-ounce bottle of Budweiser was a ridiculous $10! My waitress worked topless and was the only server that was attractive. Hustler Club had an inordinate number of bouncers and male staff constantly walking around on Saturday night; it kind of killed the mood.

The main stage is a heart-shaped island with three poles on the left side of the room. The secondary stage is on the right wall and is referred to as the Bird Cage. It is surrounded by vertical and horizontal poles making it look like a cage. One thing I did appreciate was every single dancer did get completely nude on stage. Stage tipping seemed to be more popular with the clientele than buying private dances.

Hustler Club has the best looking dancers of all the strip clubs in the Metro East. It is essentially a 7-Up factory. There are hiring standards, unlike some of the other strip joints in the area. Most dancers are athletic, fit, or at least not fat. Most of the dancers are young and Caucasian. There is definitely face control going on. There were only two black dancers on a Saturday night shift that had about forty dancers working. Compare this to Scarlett's down the street where half or more of the strippers are black. There were probably only two or three dancers on the shift that were older than thirty years old. There are LED screens near the DJ booth that show the names of the dancers on stage and which dancers are coming on stage next.
