The bar and strip club part of the building is not very large, maybe only a third of the square footage of the total building. At one time Manitowoc had three strip clubs. Now there is just one left, Bonkers Saloon. The city always had a Rust Belt feel to it. Green Bay also used to have three strip clubs. Now there is only one left, Oval Office. Green Bay is doing better economically, but it is still very much a paper mill/meat packing town.
