My experience: HM (including BJ/HJ/FS) can be found at most clubs in South FL (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale). Many are just brothels posing as SCs. There are tons of drop-dead gorgeous dancers from Central/South America and the Carribean that will do it fairly cheap too. I've also found Houston, TX is a good city for HM (specifically St. James and Treasures), but you have to do a bit of searching for the right dancer who will do it. Though sometimes the dancers find you!
HM in San Diego is nearly non-existant. If you get lucky you might find a girl in Cheetah's (Clairmont), Body Shop, and Goldfinger's (Miramar) that will do OTC. It's extremely rare ITC... I've never had FS/BJ in a club in SD, but I was offered it once in the Body Shop (for an outrageous sum, which I declined) and I've seen evidence of it several times (used condoms and whatnot).
Thankfully, Adelitas and Hong Kong are right over the border! It doesn't get more HM than those two places.

I've done ITC, but not OTC (partly due to logistics, and mostly because hotels require CC's and it shows up on the bill even if it's just a refunded deposit. Would be a hard time explaining that to the wife.
I've also been with a good amount of escorts. In my early days when I was young and didn't know what I was doing, I made a lot of mistakes with escorts... mostly falling for the bait and switch, or getting the services of a girl who wouldn't do anything but a tug job for $500... I laughed hard at that. I've only done incall at a few reputable places, but very rarely. I prefer out-call to a hotel if possible.
I eventually discovered sites like TER and others that have made getting quality escorts (who look like their picture and provide the all the services I want at the price advertised) MUCH easier and with far fewer problems.
I've also been with 2 porn stars (both in Vegas). It's a TON of fun but it can also cost an arm and a leg.
I've since given up escorts for the most part. Nowadays I stick to ITC or the occasional trip south of the border to Adelitas or HK, since San Diego clubs are way too strict in general.

There's a term in "Biker Culture" called "1% percenters" which goes back to a quote by the AMA after the Hollister Riots that went something like "99% of all bikers are are law-abiding citizens, the other 1% are outlaws."
Most of them are average guys that just really like motorcycles and the life style and "outlaw, anti-establishment" culture that goes along with it. When I lived in the FL Keys, I would see them ALL the time. Vast majority were either white-collar guys enjoying a weekend on their harley with their buddies, or blue-collar guys doing the same. Only very rarely would I see a true 1%'er MC like the Pagans, the Mongols, Hells Angels, Bandidos, etc...

Heh, for the record, I'm not really passive either. I doubt I'm going to tell a girl to fuck off, though, unless she pisses me off by refusing to leave. But I rarely do the bathroom trick anymore either.
Besides, the OP asked for the "Polite way to tell a dancer 'No'"... so I gave him the most passive way to get rid of one if polite no thank you's wouldn't work.

I've met tons of girls dancing to pay for school... be it for nursing, dental hygenist, or one old ATF that was doing it to pay for her teaching credential so that she could be an elementary school teacher. Only one that I know of finished nursing school and quit dancing to become a full-time nurse. But most I couldn't confirm one way or the other because they jsut disappear one day. Would hope that they moved on to something they wanted. I know the wanna be school teacher is still dancing 3 years later (and still offering great extras).
If anyone remembers Sabrine Maui the asian porn star, she did porn while in nursing school. I believe she quit porn when she graduated, and became a full-time nurse. I haven't seen any new movies by her in a long while.

I usually just reply something along the lines of "no thanks" or "not interested thanks." When they don't get the hint I will ignore them or try to grab another girl that I know from previous visits to come over. If there aren't any nearby, and the girl still won't get the hint (and you don't want to tell them to fuck off! =) then my advice to you is to perform the "Brave Sir Robin" and bravely run away to the bathroom for a few minutes without saying goodbye or telling her where you're going or if you'll be back. If she's still there when you come out (very slim chance), just sit somewhere else.
That's the most passive way to do it that I can think of.

I prefer Day shift. Slower, more mellow vibe. There are fewer dancers, but also far fewer guys than at night, wich means less competition for a dancer's attention and fewer "wanna dance" robots walking around. You can usually chatr the dancers up for a while without even getting asked for a dance.
While there are fewer dancers, and arguably the hottest ones will work at night, I've found FAR more mileage can be had during the day shift. Partly because there are fewer (if any) bouncers keeping an eye on the LD/CR rooms, and partly because the girls working there tend to be older and often mothers... and the older girls tend to be FAR more liberal with extras.

Foxy in El Paso has a 2 drink minimum if you do not BYOB. They serve non-alcoholic stuff like water and soda and juices. If you BYOB, you do not have to buy anything. They will give you a bucket of ice if you want one, for a small fee. You can also bring your own cooler provided it's not a big one.
That's one way it's done. I'm sure there are many variations. As well, they may be more popular in some regions and not in others. South FL and SoCal are the two areas I'm most familiar with, and there are few to none there. Texas seemed to have a number of them though.

Not often, but when I have met a dancer who I've spent some time and money on, it will occasionally happen. I enjoy it as it makes the dance WAY more sensual.
I don't ever initiate it, as I know that the vast majority of dancers will absolutely refuse. In fact, I know some would get more pissed off at a DFK attempt than if I tried to jam my fingers in her pussy without warning or asking if I could.

Depends on the club. In the upscale clubs where you may have a bunch of ROBs and stuck-up wanna-be super-models offering mostly airdances.... they will absolutely hate it, and likely ridicule you to the rest of the dancers while cleaning up back in the dressing room.
On the other hand, if it's a club that has a lot of dancers who offer extras or one that is known for heavy friction dances, I doubt she will care. She may even be trying to do it on purpose.

Cologne should always go on skin, not the clothes. They are made to interact with our sweat as well as be absorbed by the skin. I've also heard that once it's absorbed by the skin it will travel through the bloodstream throughout the body, to be sweated out at a slow rate over time. My usual ritual is 4 squirts... 1 on each side of the neck, one on the chest, one on the lower abdomen. Very rarely will I do more than 4, and I always do it after my shower, about an hour before I go out, so that the overpowering scent you first get when you spray it is long gone. Bottom line is that you shouldn't ever douse or bathe yourself in it, and it's never a substitute for a shower.
Unfortunately, a number of dancers I've met could really make use of this advice, too. But I think a lot of them will "freshen up" the perfume after each dance on stage, or after a set of multiple lapdances. It doesn't need it. And personally, I'm not even a fan of perfume on a woman. I would much rather have her just use a little bit of scent lotion. It's much less overpowering.

In south FL, that shit can happen in nearly every club. And I would agree with the other posters. Stick with this girl. If you remember her stage name, call the club and ask when she usually dances. You'll find her again easily.

I always drink at the SC. I won't go to the juice bars. That said, I only drink beer if I'm driving, and I nurse them enough that I wouldn't ever blow over a .08. Usually at the rate of maybe 1 an hour or 3 every 2 hours.
It loosens me up, and I'm more fun that way. I also like it when the stripper will drink with me... and preferably something potent and at a high rate of consumption. Strippers are WAY more fun when they are buzzed or getting drunk... like giving me a spontaneous, unrequested, and free of charge BBJ during a lap dance. Yeah. I pretty much do the same. And since I'm normally hitting a SC in a blue-collar area, I tend to have my pick of girls. I usually get a lot of compliments regarding it too. Funny how surprised they seem at the simple fact that I shaved and put on some cologne. I never wear jeans if I can help it though. They are too thick and you can't feel shit (neither can she). Better off with some slacks or dockers or something.

I'm fine with "thick" girls that are very curvy with big boobs. While I usually prefer the smaller, thinner athletic girls, it's still a turn-on for me when a larger girl has a firmness to her (thighs/butt esp), and a relatively flat and hard stomach and firm breasts even though they are built more solidly. I find this most often in the black girls, but it's not uncommon in other ethnicities.
However, it's a real big turn-off when their belly and/or love handles are hanging over their g-string straps even a little. Nor do I like when they have visible cellulite or saggy breasts.

I usually see a porno or some club advertisement DVD or a club T-shirt getting given away.
My favorite is the "lady lotto" at my favorite club. You get a raffle ticket for each LD you get between 7pm and 12am (and some of the LD money you paid gets put into a jackpot). Then around 12-1am, they draw for a winner... who usually wins $700+.

Miami-Fort Lauderdale. Tons available at most of the clubs. ITC, you are usually talking about $150-300 to the dancer plus whatever to the club if you get a VIP room, but I've heard as high as $500+ from a few delusional dancers... and I've also gotten them for free on more than one occasion!
