It had gone down hill but you could still find the occasional gem in the afternoons. I'm not sure there's a good place for day time visit in Vegas now. Glitter Gulch is going to be part of the new casino they're building.

Germany is proof positive that simply legalizing it doesn't work well. Brothels can be monitored and controlled, which eliminates a lot of the non-moral issues people have with prostitution. It's not a perfect solution but I think it's better than the alternatives.

I think legalized brothels are the way to go.

If utilized properly they can add something to a woman's appeal but most get idiotic ones, in weird places and much too large.

To some degree I think we're seeing the same thing we saw with Cosby. Some honest accusations and then some semi/pure bullshit by women just trying to grab some attention and/or money. I find Asia Argento and this newest British woman's claims to be slightly suspect. I also have trouble believing this guy is/was a serial rapist. That said, where there's smoke there's usually fire. What we're being presented with is a picture of a guy who used his position to coerce women into sex and/or harass them and who likely got off on the power to some degree. It's not hard to picture that there were times he took it too far.

I agree with others. Her fitness is not a turn off, her overly large, poorly done, fake tits do. She's also a bit tall for my taste.

A lot of the Hollywood people shocked and appalled by this are the same people who gave Roman Polanski an Oscar. As far as the sexual harassment claims go I'm not surprised, it's nothing new to the film/television industry. I'm sure plenty of actresses will pile on, if only to grab a headline. The rape allegations... Asia Argento claims he forcibly performed oral sex on her but that she later had a consensual sexual relationship with him. Harder for me to buy.

People always find a way to justify their position even if it's hypocritical. This is especially true in politics. I never thought I'd see liberal women attacking rape accusers until Trump trotted out Clinton's accusers. I never thought I'd see the religious right vote for a twice divorced New Yorker who worships only at the alter of money.

I consider DATY a chore, one I generally engage with on the basis/assumption of reciprocity. So when I'm paying? Fuck no.

If you look at other mass shootings there was usually a pretty clear motive or target often mixed with some serious mental health issues. He clearly didn't just snap one morning, it doesn't seem like he was targeting anyone specific. My concern is this guy just decided he wanted to go out with a bang

I'll also never understand the fascination with "getting a table". If I have to do anything more than make a reservation a couple nights out, I'm not interested, too many other places out there.

I've eaten out a fair bit all over the country and in a lot of places abroad. In my general experience with so called "fine dining" you're paying more for the venue and the service than the quality of the food. The consistency might be better at those places, but even that isn't guaranteed. If it's my call I usually just look for something new and hope I find a gem.

Oh and that Harvard study you cited is 10 years old and as far as I know hasn't been repeated in this country since. Yeah, research is plentiful!
