I have not been to TJ, but I have been to other parts of Mexico. I think the reason people take a taxi in is because one needs special car insurance within the interior. You can usually buy it near the border check point for one or two days, but it is something you will need.

I agree with the changes except for the whole drunk thing. I also think the drunk thing is about increasing prison guard unions, additional funding for police, more money for lawyers, etc. It's getting a little corrupt around this country these days.

I am sure he will spend it all in the strip club. There was some tv show "Curse of the Lottery" or something like that. Many people who win, I guess they get into a lot of trouble and end up loosing it all anyhow.

The third option is (and I suspect it is for most dancers), she ain't down with that sort of thing. IOW, you will never get her to do OTC. You notice some on this site search long and hard :) for an OTC girl - why? Because they are rare.

For phone reading, I can understand using this font. However, spacing between lines helps too - maybe use "line-height:" in your styles...

Talk about a hot potato everyone says they want to carry but really don't.
I also think it will drive a lot more porn underground (than it already is) with even less government oversight on sound stages (whatever that is). Requiring film permits and associated fees - please! Haven't they heard? Mainstream porn is going broke!
It is interesting that (California) government's answer to everything involves paperwork, a fee, and/or a tax to be paid right to the powers that be. Are they gonna call that the "tax on fucking?"
