This past April, I walked my sister down the aisle. She finally could marry her partner of 30 years. I cried tears of happiness for her. It was truly a happy moment for my sister, her wife, and me. She lives in Indianapolis and Indiana finally became one of the states to legalize same-sex marriage. I supported that law.
Having said that, I think the Court got this one wrong. This matter is a states' rights issue clearly spelled out by the 10th Ammendment.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
So how is any Ammendment "more important" than any other Ammendment? How does the equal protection clause of the 14th Ammendment trump the 10th Ammendment?
I'm all for same-sex marriage but it needs to be legalized in the proper Constitutional framework -- not just because 5 justices are moved my popular opinion.

One of the creepier things I ever saw in a club was a girl celebrating her 18th birthday. Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa brought her to a nude/no alcohol club for her birthday. As per usual, she went up on stage for a happy birthday song and the dancers removed her clothes and played with and sucked her tits in front of the family. Lol. Her mom and dad were pretty good about it.

No -- never saw anything like that.
A couple of years ago, a new girl started at one club. She was just my type. Gorgeous face and great body. I teased my ATF that that I might have give this new girl a try.
Next time I went to the club, I asked my ATF about her. She said her parents found out she was a stripper and made her quit her job and made her move back home. They basically bribed her with free room and board and help with tuition if she quit stripping.

I live in "flyover country" and I was skimming through the classifieds at lunch today and there was a large "Help Wanted" ad for production workers in a well known factory. $10,50 per hour. Sure, I bet the guy that takes that job struggles to make ends meet, but he's making it on far less than 250k per year.
You guys sound like some of the strippers I talk to. One veteran told me she made $150k in her best year. I believe it -- she was a workaholic. But then she listed her expenses. She was spending over $600 per month just on cable TV. $500 a month on phones for her houseful of teenaged kids. She bought her babydaddy a Mercedes.
None of those things are necessary. She could cut her cable and phone bill to less than $100 per month each.

I regret sticking with my very first favorite for much too long. I was a RIL and finally quit her. Thst allowed me to meet my ATF and ATF Lite. What a waste of time and money. I check her facebook page from time to time and can't stand the sight of her.
