Kind of a shock Lovis got fired. But it wasn't because he was black. The Bucs had a nice offense with a good young QB and his development was created, at least in part, to Dirk Koetter.
Koetter is a hot commodity and was going to be interviewed for a head coaching job. Tampa Bay was quick to pull the trigger to keep him. They didn't want to lose another talented assistant coach -- like they lost Mike Tomlin

I'm certainly not going to defend an admitted pedophile, but the circumstances are entirely different. There are more than 50 woman that have accused Cosby. There were only a few incidents with Collins and none of the woman have come forward. Collins has admitted his "errors" and received help from his church and sexual therapist. Cosby is in denial.
Reruns of 7th Heaven have been pulled from syndication so his career has been affected.
The only reason I offered a response to your question is because I think you are implying Collins is getting easier treatment because he's white. That's just ridiculous.

James is right. Not one simple answer. A perfect storm of factors came together in the mid to late 2000's

The Great Recession killed expense accounts and the big spenders and it's never came back
And personally, I think the girls are a lot less hotter. As one that doesn't care for tattoos and piercings, I sometimes find the pickings a bit tough
And to some extent, nickfree may have a point. The link between strip clubs and hip hop culture has strengthened and a lot of the clubs are full of ghetto hoes. For every Floyd Mayweather or Rick Ross that may occasionally drop $40,000 in a club, there's 10,000 guys who used to spend $1000 a night in a club who have given up and have just found an OTC girl

I don't think this is very realistic. I think many lesbians have already been with a man. My sister is gay (she got married last year) and she dated and slept with guys when she was younger. I think lopaw has commented before that she "experimented" in her younger days.

Key West is full of gay and lesbian tourists. That's where I first encountered plenty of hot lesbians. But more times there not when I saw a couple, there would be one hot female and then another less attractive, older partner.

Everything isn't always what it seems. Out of the 128 NCAA Division I schools, there were only 11 black head coaches. On the surface one might immediately say blacks are underrepresented so it must be due to prejudice and discrimination.
However, the typical entry level position for a coach is to become a graduate assistant. One must be willing to make a big sacrifice. You must continue your studies in grad school and be willing to work for a very meager stipend.
For whatever reason, more white kids than black kids want to do this. The lack of black grad assistants in college eventually trickles down to why there are so few black NFL coaches.

When I was at my family Christmas one of the young kids got one of those self balancing two-wheeled boards. Some call it a "hoverboard" but they're not like the hoverboard in "Back to the Future".
I think they might be fun at first - for a few days - but I can't see this toy holding the attention of a kid for very long. Once you master it (apparently rather easy to do) I would think it would get boring quickly. I don't know how practical it really is.

I can't remember if I've mentioned this before -- many years ago I was at a Taco Bell and the design of this restaurant was such that you could see the workers preparing the food. They had a one-armed kid trying to roll a Burrito Supreme. I'm all for equal opportunity employment, but bless his heart, being a burrito roller was not this kid's calling.
