It runs contrary to the dominant personality type on TUSCL that you would be satisfied with what you have. Maybe you are trending toward normal. Or maybe your libido is declining and you are not so much pussy whipped, as you are less controlled by the little brain.

He "was" in a relationship for 6 years, but he is still together with his girlfriend.
His girlfriend has herpes, keeps it a secret, and he blames the club owner.
He disapproves of her work, and she has been doing it for at least 4 years.
I'm guessing he is really not with her, he's insanely jealous, he's stalking her, and he's off his meds.

It's nice to see some discussion of the international scene. There are many cities outside the US that have great strip club and nightclub scenes. I have not been to Moscow, and it wasn't on my bucket list, but maybe it should be. Places I have been outside the US include:
- Quebec: well, it's sort of international, given the French content, and the mileage was damn good
- San Juan PR: Like New Orleans, kind of an uneasy balance of rip off and sky high mileage
- Tijuana and Nogales: high mileage lappers or cheap sex, what a conundrum
- Buenos Aires: After hours nightclubs stocked with Latinas from all over South America, ready for takeout.
- Muscat, Oman: Chinese and African ladies warming bar stools in 5 star hotel bars.
- Dubai: monger mecca of the Middle East; a veritable buffet of options, all OTC.
- Manama, Bahrain: smaller version of Dubai; where the Saudi men go to get laid
- Johannesburg: limited options, potentially dangerous, drop dead gorgeous ladies.
- Bangkok: famous, overexposed, and everything it is chalked up to be. If you are an American strip club guy who likes extras...you must go to Thailand at least once.
My bucket list includes Manila, Rio, and maybe Prague.

I have never taken a complaint to "management". I consider about 80% of clubs to be poorly managed. The most frequent transgression is over-counting and overcharging on dances. I have always handled that myself. Usually I negotiate a compromise and inform the girl the dances are over and there will be no more. I'm pretty much UTR as well.

I'm attracted to Asian women right now, but not because of strip club visits. In the past, I have had a preference for different types at different times. I have decided I am easily influenced by my last good experience. And for each ethnicity, I have have had good and bad.........except maybe for Eastern European White girls; too mercenary for my liking.

I have been to Portland a few times. To my knowledge there is no place that will give consistent high mileage, and many that will give consistent low mileage.
Most places that offer the "both of you are naked in the room" offer are ripoff joints. I do not speak from experience on that, just from reading reviews. A club that uses this format, and manages to stay in business because of the steady flow of naive college freshmen from ASU, is Dream Palace, Tempe, AZ.

When the lady is enjoying herself, my excitement increases. Orgasm? Depends on the venue and the lady. If the venue is right (like OTC) I will make the effort for sure. As for the lady, I estimate 25% or so are able to achieve orgasm without superhuman efforts (or the intervention of a vibrator). So the extra effort is not always rewarded. In some respects, this is a raw deal for the ladies.

$250 is my upper limit. When it's free at home, $72 (with the room) in Tijuana, $100 in Bangkok, and $150 in Dubai, I've decided American girls are worth more (to allow for cost of living), but not much more.

Without knowing your preferred style of clubbing, it is difficult to make a recommendation. So, excluding the cities you mentioned, I would match styles and cities this way:
1) Opulent, clean, top shelf ladies, money is no object, extras not necessary - Las Vegas
2) Sun, golf, good looking ladies and good lap dances all night long - Phoenix
3) I wanna get laid, and I want it cheap - Tijuana
4) Weeding through the ladies for both decent looks and sure thing extras - Detroit

In all the cases where I got to know the girls well enough to understand why they were fucked up, I would say most were fucked up by things that predated their time in strip clubs. The strip club experience magnifies the issues.
One girl I met was slim, had a cute face, and straight platinum blond hair down to her ass. She was bright and frisky. She also was bi-polar, took antipsychotic drugs, had a history of meth abuse as a teenager, and her father was a transexual. The strip club was an island of normalcy.
