Well, because I like moderate to high mileage, it depends on the region/city.
Here in Phoenix, the three nicest clubs are Christies, Bourbon St., and Hiliter. The dances there are as good as any other place in town, and the girls are better looking. I think many parts of Florida are similar.
In New Jersey and CT, there seems to be an inverse relationship between club quality and mileage...so it's off to the dives. I think the quality/mileage trade-off places include Detroit, Columbus OH, and Dallas.

Just discovered, through a mutual female friend, that a stripper in Columbus (OH) I know has been doing OTC gigs, stealing from the guys, or setting them up to be robbed by a couple of guys. I'm glad I did not take her up on her OTC offer.
If you get the real name of a stripper, and some background on where she has lived for the past 5 years, it's then a pretty easy matter to go to the State corrections department web sites, and do an inmate search.
My conclusion is that most strippers have an acquaintance with crime, and the majority have spent time in jail. Perhaps I'm going to the "wrong" clubs!

In 1975, with a few friends, I ventured to downtown Baltimore to see a porno double feature. The first was a film with a Pinocchio theme (the dick gets bigger every time he tells a lie, yadda yadda). The second featured was "3-D Prison Girls". If there is anything more awkward than sitting in a porno theater, it's sitting in a porno theater wearing those silly 3-D glasses. However, the 3-D effects were hilarious, consisting mostly of boobs and legs coming out of the screen. And the plot was....no, wait, there was no plot.

If you catch a cold from a stripper, it probably means you are not going often enough, or you need to go to a wider set of clubs. Through frequent club visits and intimate contact, you should be immunized against most of the major cold viruses. That is my theory, and I'm sticking with it.

You're not looking for the girl who will spend time with you when there is little competition; you're looking for the girl who will spend time with you even when other guys are trying to get her attention. She will fend off guys and do special things for you that the others won't. And if you feel the same way about her, you will let her spend time with other guys so she can increase her income and come back to you for a more comfortable and less "transactional" experience, just like shadowcat suggests. In other words, the girl who allows other guys to horn in, and does not attend to your needs, is not the girl you should be spending your money on.

I'm with gatorfan. But I think it can be distilled to, "If she won't do DFK, she's not a GFE." (I read somewhere that uninhibited kissing is extremely intimate for a woman...and my experience supports this).

Troop, judging by your reviews of Ohio clubs, my only advice would be to take the long drive to the gutter clubs in Inkster and Southgate, MI. On a business trip to Columbus, I actually drove one evening to Southgate, spent some time at Henry VIII South, and drove back. Was it worth it? No. But as a dive club gourmand, I couldn't resist.

A few other diversions come to mind:
- featured entertainers, which we have covered ad nauseum in other threads
- holiday theme nights (naked girls in Santa hats!)
- UFC fight nights (you're at a strip club, which is more interesting?)
Personally, I am not much for these gimmicks, except for maybe the Santa hats. Just give me a $5 drink, a $10-$20 lap dance, and a blind bouncer.

RD, spot on.
For me, the trade-offs are pretty simple:
a) get lap dances from a hot 8 or 9 in a nice club, and most likely no extras, or the tease of OTC for $200-$500
b) go straight to ITC HJ/BJ/FS from a 6 or 7 in a shithole club, for $40-$80
c) cultivate a trusted OTC girl, probably a 7, for leisurely and clean GFE type FS for $100-$150
These are all worthy options, but I tend to go for b) or c), because after 2 hours of a) I am left with aching balls.

A little explanation about Vic's Place. Irvington, NJ is right next to Newark. The effective unemployment rate among males is probably 50%. The black market in sex, drugs, etc., thrives in the darkness. During the day, the thugs hang out at Vic's, get a little rub and tug from some neighborhood Ho's, and wait for the evening. So the closing time of 7pm is more like the opening bell for the real local economy.

Fascinating range of prices. When the little head gets into the decision making, supply and demand get extremely elastic.
Highest OTC quoted $500. Highest paid $140 for single, $240 for 2 girls. I am a patient negotiator, who looks for quality and value.
ITC experiences limited, but range from $60 to $150. See my "gutter crawl" topic above. All of those clubs feature ITC FS for less than $100.

Part of what makes this site interesting is the divergence of opinions. The general population of contributors here tend to go to clubs for all kinds of reasons and cover a wide age range. I suspect the smaller crowd here in the discussion forum has more commonality and tends to be youth challenged.

Despite the implication, there are no "international waters" on the streets of Cleveland that are outside the jurisdiction of law enforcement. So it will not be possible to run this operation without running afoul of various City business regulations and the law.
