    founder
slip a dollar in her g-string for me
    So why the change?
In the discussion threads I miss the last comment posted date/time helped me know how far back to read. As has been said by many others information on number of reviews up front was helpful. In an earlier discussion with another member here I said don't worry founder has always fixed usability problems here. Looks like this time I was wrong as this is for a specific strategy. I seldom use my smart phone for here. And the clickathon will chaange my approach. In the old days, last week, I would enter ans scroll through reviews until I hit one I had read before. Then go to discussions and review comments the same way. Now I'm simply going to follow 4-5 locals clubs and look at 1st ten reviews to see if any are interesting. Then glance a 1st page oft discussions. I suspect my page views will be down.

Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. Reports Sharp Profit Increase In Fiscal Year
From what I have been told some stages and lights were sent to Indy club. Those darn knee high stages are the worst in town. Club is better than what they bought in the Gold Club.

Rick's strip club to reopen Friday under new owners
If I remember correctly Rick's Cabaret bought the Indy facility for 1.6 million. That building needed quite a bit of interior work.

    Strip Clubs and Holidays
Did anybody visit clubs on Thanksgiving Holiday? Went in on Thanksgiving Eve as I had heard that was a major bar night. Couldn't tell it by that club. Then on Thanksgiving night drove by drove by to check parking lot for business and it was about the same. 10 cars up front where customers park maybe a couple of those were non-dancer employees a Few cars i back by the employee entrance. I was curious as Dancers Showclub was closed and a dancer had told me they always were open before. I've always been surprised clubs were open on Thanksgiving night.

Brad's Brass Flamingo - Indianapolis, Indiana
Good points, I always think many reviews are a reflection of local comparisons. And that reading review details is as important as the rating. Just today read a new BBF review where reviewer had 1 complaint about the club that dancers didn't approach to ask for dances and he was expecting something closer to pefection. Nearly all reviews mention 3 things. Can be hard to get dancer attention. Value priced $12 dances and closer to neighborhood bar than upscale Gentlemen's club. Go in with those expectations. And two people can go to this club and have different experience based on individual preferences and how the cards fall.

Seven arrests after strip club raids
I love the simple click on X to ignore trolls. Used to be more work, Policeman. Now no more doughnut crumbs lying around. Or should I mean lie around?

Check to her as an individual is not going to get you a tax deduction. Unless you can get her to set up a 503c charity lol.

    Mileage system ranting
Motorhead I started going to Indy clubs in 83 and remember the stage tip french kiss days. But I didn't think we had private dances until the late 80s. But then maybe it was just teh one club I went to back then. Also remember the dancer who was dancing on stage, when some guy grabbed her crotch from behind. Grabbed the ashtray from the the bar top on other side of stage in one quick moved turned and hurled it into the wall next to his head/ upper torso. Back then we tipped the dollar into the front of their dancer panty, a couple of weeks later I tipped the same dancer a little to deep and rubbed her clit, until I saw her smile I was in fear for my life. Oh the old days and the stories from that club.

    ITC Stalkers
Yesterday I read this thread and thought never had that experience. Last night sitting with a favorite club was slow so we were sitting and talking planning on going back a room later in evening. She returns from 2nd stage set and says we'll probably need to go back earlier than we thought. Then mentions a guy who tipped at stage, saying he will come over here soon. We then talked about this discussion and she states he's not really a stalker he just knows what he wants and asks for it. Sure enough within 5 minutes he comes over and says can I have a quick 30 minute dance set? We then adjourned to the back room. Also a good example of how good dancers have a notebook on us in their heads.

CTQWERTY I did hear last night that not only is the Indianapolis Rick's management from LV club but also the stages and poles were moved. Wonder where they ship them to next?

I thought they closed the Vegas club. They bought this club in Indy and iheard from dancers that the managers came from the Vegas club. They just raised dance room prices in Indy club to way above market. Well at least that's opinion of local strip club monger board.

    Taking sand to the beach.
Did it once with a couple of dancers I'd known for a long time we all wanted to to check out the new Rick's remodel in town. Got insight into how they thought things would work etc. Nothing but a fun time at that club. Both girls had worked at that club before Rick's purchase and been out of dancing for a while until restarting at another club. ONe used it as a scouting trip to eventual end up back at the visited club a few month's later. Watched another version of that several years ago where a high spending regular brought a girl from another club. The dancer he spent bunches on was upset by lack of attention that night.

    Verified and Certifiable Super-Reviewer
    Review Standards
I've sort of been thinking of this issue for an update review of Rick's Cabaret in Indy, In May After new management and a remodel posted a detailed review as all was new. Then a month ago short update based on a quick visit that would fail the more than one hour test and the dancer interaction. There simply were not enough dancers and the one present were lower quality than needed to catch my interest. But thought the lack of dancers and customers was worthy of a report. Recently I discovered they have changed the wristband price so feel a need to update the reduction but I'm not sure how to handle the rest of the detail people need/want. As a regular I may only get dances from established dancers and YMMV my experience is now where near the what an out traveler may get.

    Evening Gowns
I don't like evening gowns or any other element of fake upper class club. I like classy dancers not some one or some club pretending to be. Maybe I've just had bad expeiences with fake ass corporate clubs pretending to be upper class.

Age Difference ... You and your Favs?
In my case have a group of 3 favorites and met all about 5 years ago when they worked together. Spread is 29 to 34 years. I don't think I ever asked ages but in the course of being a fav you're going to know them for over a year and birthdays happens so you know or you're facebook friends.

    Indiana Strip Club Laws
Rod has pretty well covered it. All clubs have beer / alcohol so fear of liquor license controls club. Really clubs are more controlled by alcohol commission than law enforcement. no totally private rooms a couple of clubs use booths but most dances in common rooms. more specific questions can be answered

Upcoming Business Trips to Indianapolis and Seattle - Recommendations?
Brad's is now $12 all day pay dancer $10 and $2 to house cashier. I'm not sure how happy Player 11 will be at Brad's camera's in both VIP and regular couch dance area. If willing to just kickback relax and enjoy buffet you will be OK. VIP is $100 for 30 minutes for a shared room. Perhaps a lesser well know but better place for Players style is the Harem House just down the street from PT's

Primo come visit us in Indy it's a little road trip but clubs can be fun. You can help me hunt for a new club if I hate the Rick's renovations at the old Gold Club.

    Dancers sue for minimum wage??
minimum wage for tip employees is much less. like 2.13 an hour. the problem is when clubs pay like contractors but treat as employees. I doubt getting paid as employees will help dancers. supertramp nailed the issues but i bet it leads to lower dancer income

    That review pisses me off.
I guess I feel the need for a comments area in those cases where the review contains factual errors that may lead others to wrong impressions. I ran across that recently in one of the local clubs I visit.
