There's no rule that says amount of education you have sets what you should be paid. If you want to be paid well, you should study a marketable skill.
I did get my degree in a marketable field but didn't have an expectation to start at the top of my profession. It was several years of making a reasonable salary at a lower level before I received a promotion and paid off my college debt. After several years, I quit living paycheck to paycheck. It was maybe 7 or 8 years before I started paying off credit cards every month.
Someone can't come out of college expecting a top salary to live the life of the rich and famous. College just gives you tools to success. It's several years before you have practical skills in any profession.

The problem is that by just opening up the border, a lot of unskilled workers are coming in. Sure, some of them are needed but you can't just have that type of worker coming in by the millions. It would be better if immigrants were going through the formal process that we have in place. That probably entails allowing more legal immigrants but stopping the flood of unskilled workers flooding the border.

Your story of car prices makes me wonder if prices are too high for people to buy anything and, thus, grow the economy. Maybe the key metric would be car sales volume at these prices?

The labor force participation rate dropping to 62.1 does skew the unemployment rate somewhat as there are less people being classified as unemployed if they have dropped out of the labor force.

It's a bit suspect that Fauci is coming out saying that Covid will get worse in the Fall. I have my county Covid website bookmarked and, over the last 2 years, the peaks come every 6 months. This year they came in January and July. This pattern played out in 2020 and 2021. So, we aren't due for what would be called a surge until after the Holidays.
I work in hospitals almost every day and they are not doing anything special about Monkeypox. This seems to be creating a public health crisis where there really isn't one.

In the Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco triangle, it's getting hard to find a club that the Cubans haven't taken over. I think I liked Oz for the variety and cheap drinks more than anything. You don't do ITC from what I've seen I can tell. Otherwise, I would have recommended Diamond Dolls. They have a wide-ranging menu from the, mostly Cuban, staff now.

The best place I saw on 19 as far as quantity and quality of girls recently was Oz in Pinellas. Even during a slow day, there are over 20 girls of all shapes, sizes and nationality. Mostly white Florida girls, but a few AA and Cubans mixed in. They do have an occasional ugly one but most are young and attractive.
Granted, I don't like spending $40 for a single dance but they have 2 for 1 about once an hour. A domestic beer is less than $3. I don't go that often because I know of a sure thing I like to play with at Diamond Dolls up the road, but I like Oz when I get by there on about every other trip I make to Florida. Again, mostly for the variety and a bar full of half-naked young girls.

@Papi. The first time I went to one of my, now favorite, clubs in Pinellas, they did not even allow a lapdance. In the private area, you and the girl had to both stand up. Now, there are little trash cans to dispose of the evidence of extras in the VIP booths.
That city in Pinellas has come a long way. Sure, it could go the other way but it seems there are more important things to worry about lately.

Penthouse club in Tampa got a complete remodel during Covid and it did make an improvement. There are little rooms without a door for VIP instead of an open area with loveseats. The girls are about the same and it's still not a great place for extras.
The place does draw a lot of traveling dancers and I had an offer for extras from a girl from the northeast. I declined because the VIP monitor will come by about 2 or 3 times during a 20 minute VIP. One time she did say to my dancer, "you're not allowed to do that" when she let the 2-way contact get a bit too much and she saw it.
It's still not Pasco or Pinellas but it was an improvement in appearance.

The first windmills I saw were in the 70s when Jimmy Carter incentivized windmills with tax breaks for those that installed them. They were in a very windy area called the Altamont Pass, the place where the famous Altamont Rolling Stones concert was. Once the tax breaks were taken away, these windmills fell into disrepair after a decade or so. There are still some active ones in the area but most are non-functional. The wind didn't go away. Just the tax breaks.
The other place I've seen them for a long time is just outside of Palm Springs. I don't think the site and sound of these windmills make them attractive to anyone so you get a lot of NIMBY (Not in my back yard).

The January 6th hearings are a joke. They don't allow for the opposition party to select members to be on the committee but, instead, appoint 2 members of the opposition party that will soon be out of office. They don't allow for cross examination of witnesses so they can say whatever they want and have it go unchallenged. They allow for "anonymous" witnesses to present whatever they want as fact.
The only people that believe in these kangaroo court hearings are the people that drank the Kool-Aid a long time ago. It captured a whopping .5% of the US population as an audience in the last prime time hearing.

Another thought that hasn't been brought up is that some women, despite social appearances, have a wild side and just like sexual variety. If she can get paid for it all the better. Who doesn't like getting paid to do something they like anyway?.
I ran into this with an escort that was also a high profile porn star. She had a big family and an innocent appearance. She just liked sex and got paid for it in several forms. It's kind of refreshing knowing women ca be horndogs too. Whether you would want your SO to do that is a separate matter. Just enjoy.

Rick. Last time I was in Pasco at Bare Assets, they have had an influx of Cubans that I hadn't noticed until recently. You stated above that you didn't want to go to a club that was heavy with Cubans.
If you do go to Pasco and don't like the scene, about 30 minutes up the road in Pinellas is Diamond Dolls and Oz. Oz has a ton of young girls of all shapes, sizes and races during the day and at night. Diamond Dolls is known for fun ITC but very heavy on Cubans. Both have cheap drinks but individual dances are expensive. The timed rooms are relatively at par with the Tampa area.

^I agree with what skibum said. I live in what has become a strip club wasteland in San Diego. I do have options north and south of me but I hate LA and going across the border has it's own pains these days.
I don't even bother with local clubs and make a trip to Florida or Phoenix at least once a month on average. I'm lucky that work sends me these areas to cover some of the expenses but I go on my own as well.
You can be grateful that you have something relatively decent to go to in your area.
