the most effective strategy is to post on an anonymous board.
tell her what you want. Tip her according to how well she complied. She may tell you she can't stay in one position too long because it is uncomfortable but once she knows her tip and future dances depend on it, she will stay in that position as long as she can and she will return to it as soon as possible.

At my preferred club a fifteen minute private dance is 100. She keeps 60. The shifts run from 4 PM to 1 AM five nights a week or until 3 AM Friday and Saturday. What is the risk if denying a woman entry. She isnt likely to sue. If she does and wins she wont get much if any money. The worst that happens is the club is ordered to admit women.
