Anybody actually see a shower show at a strip club?

Saw some in the 90's scattered in CA, NV, and FL. Didn't really understand the appeal. Why a wet t-shirt dance behind glass, when you could get the dry version rubbed in your face ????

The Cheetah in ATL had one in the 90's. a girl would be in a plexiglass shower If you remember that green PERT shampoo, it glowed really well in black light. Basically a stage dance with tits pressed up against the glass. Just a gimmick.

Yeah, you used to see the shower stalls a lot in clubs the late 80s/early 90s, but I never actually saw one in use, and I certainly wouldn’t pay to watch a girl take a shower. The Fuzzy Hole in Knoxville, TN, is the only place I have seen it offered in at least the last 10 years.

The thing about the shower show at Cheetah was that it was not extra. You reached your dollar tips over the top of the glass and she stuck the wet bills to herself or the side glass.

I've seen a few, but only paid for one. I think the one I paid for was at Talk of the Town in Las Vegas. It was a while ago, but I think that was the place.

The last time I thought about buying one was at Pure Gold in Cary, NC. That club was so lame I thought it might be interesting since the bouncer said it wouldn't have all the stupid scrutiny that club is infamous for. I figured it was BS and I'd just be paying more to get hassled. With Men's Club nearby it wasn't worth trying to make that place worth visiting.

We had a few clubs here that had them, Landing Strip in Romulus used theirs every night. I agree that' I'd rather have a dry dancer rubbing up against me as opposed to watching them through Plexiglass (tm)

Fantasies in keyport had them regularly ages ago. The dancers hated them. Customers loved it for the first minute at most then realized it was just a waste of time.

Only one I recall seeing was @ Club Onyx in Dallas in the mid-2000s - it was off to one-side of a pretty-large club so not really visible from most of the club, I just happened to be sitting by that area of the club one night (I normally didn't sit there) and happened to see a meaty butt-naked ebony in the shower - no one was really paying attention and she was not interacting w/ the crowd - basically just taking a shower and I guess she hoped someone would notice and maybe tip her, IDK - didn't even notice where one would tip her - as far as I'm concerned if I can't touch I ain't paying - AFAIK Club Onyx changed locations a couple of years ago thus IDK if they still have that shower-thing but I would doubt it since it's not something most custies care for.

Now if a club came up w/ FS shower VIPs that may be something worth experimenting with.

Like others, back in the 90s and early 2000s, but they weren't around for too long. I think that they were a fad, like heavy use of smoke machines, laser lights bombarding stages, shaving cream wrestling, sex toy play and a bunch of other shit I've seen pop up in clubs over the years.

As goldmonger mentioned, the “old” Cheetah had them as did the Gold Rush back in the day. There was another one in Atlanta but I can’t remember if it was the She Club or another.

I've seen a few in my day. What I wondered was why did they have us throw the dollars into the shower? The bills got all wet and would need to be dried out.

I have seen bachelor parties where they stripped guys down to their boxers and send them into the shower with the strippers. The bachelors get to lather and wash the strippers down.

Back in the 90’s TRUMMPS on 8 mike (Don’t know what it’s called now) has a shower that came out of the stage. One time a girl got her foot caught in it when it was dropping back into the stage. They never used it again to the best of my knowledge.

Flash dance in West Palm Beach had one a number of years ago I remember seeing it over 15 years back, I vaguely remember the glass breaking with a girl performing and they shut it down.

I think there was a club in Fayetteville NC that had a shower show, no extra charge that I can remember at one time ages ago. I remember another club had a girl in a bathtub getting a bubble bath one night. The wet look can look good. If you want to see it, just visit myfreecams often enough and you'll probably catch a girl taking a shower.

It wasn't really that impressive. The think plexiglass obscured the view especially when soap got on it. The bubble bath had a big bathtub in the way and bubbles.

As others said I saw showers, as well as hot tubs back in the 90's. I recall seeing them as far back as the mid 1980's, and relatives mentioned seeing shower shows back in the 70's. In the clubs I know if, it was health department and handicap regulations that ended the practive. The cost to meet the regulations didn't seem to be the issue, rather meeting the regulations basically rendered them worthless.

I used to go to a club that had shower shows. They were pretty good. You could pick the girl or girls you wanted to see. The shower was a casualty of a recent remodel.

The Playhouse in Council Bluffs, Iowa has one that gets used, at least on weekends. You can pay for them to use it, but sometimes they will jusr randomly do a shower show. I wanted to once, but I found out what you have to pay and decided that was not worth it.

The Lumber Yard in Des Moines is similar, but, at least years ago, they would stick some unlucky bachelor for his bachelor party in it.

They use to do them pretty regular in MA strip clubs in the early 2000's i feel like I saw one the first few times I went to clubs, they wheeled out like a plexi glass box that the girl would get in and it had the shower in it.

At Playmates in Coral Gables, Florida they used to have an outdoor area with a shower. I recall that one could "join in" somehow, but never saw what that meant. Did much care for it. It's hot outside in Florida even in the evening!

Fortitude Valley in Queensland Australia may boast the best shower show in the world. Its at a small club called Eye Candy and the shower is in the open in the middle of the lap dance room. For $A380 an hour your shirt is removed, you have a thick towel thrown over your legs and your chosen dancer gets wet and plonks on your lap to be washed with the provided soap. Repeats the exercise every 10 minutes or so. Queensland are all touching clubs except for between the legs so your soaped up hands go everywhere else. Others in the lap dance room having "dry" dances can in theory watch you but they usually have their hands full with their own dancer. Boy oh boy.

Wow but kinda expensive. For $280US you can get laid.
