I get to see a lot of them in bright lighting if I am at a club where I have to share the ladies room with them. Man those fluorescent lights can be brutal. It really shows up the heavy makeup and isn't flattering at all. But surprisingly some still look ok. Those are the ones that I follow out of the restroom and hit up for dances,lol.

@Dominic77- absolutely! In reality they will sue, and they will win. This is a classic example of blatant gender discrimination, a violation of both state and federal civil rights laws. Not only will they get a good chunk of cash from those idiots at that club, but the club will have to reverse their backwards and illegal policy. There have been a handful of these lawsuits over the years and to my knowledge the plaintiffs have won every time. Hope this will be a lesson to other clubs to change that policy before they get sued too.

Only ran into a female DJ once, at a Rhino club in the SFV here in LA. Never got to see what she looked like, tho. She was only a mysterious and sexy voice. It was interesting listening to her announce the dancers on stage, and she wasn't annoying and asking everyone to tip the girls all the time like some DJ's do. It also was a bit odd to hear a woman's voice over the PA announcing that my VIP was over. I liked it. It brought a different feel to the club. I haven't been there in a long time, so I wonder if she is still there.
