To Farmerart:
Ask three professionals what the square root of nine is and the answers will be:
Teacher "Three"
Architect "3.0000"
Accountant "What do you want it to be?"

I majored in accounting and finance and the MAN(check blue ribbon)who wrote this sounds like he attended one of those seminars advertised in an informercial.
There's one piecing together financial terms to sound like a revolutionary new concept. It's another version of a pyramid scheme. He's probably searching for customers or attempting to impress with his 'wealth' of knowledge.
I'm tempted to go over and give him some shit...

I once hid out after dancing for an older (70's) lady and her companion (60's). They tipped the waitress to find me because she wanted an upgraded VIP dance.
They were both really nice but I didn't want to take her in the VIP because it wasn't private and there were ALOT of extras going on in there at the time. I didn't want to expose her to that because she looked so conservative.

Club_Goer, The Sands (in Seattle) has a pretty good website with photos of some of their dancers.

I had this done about five years ago with treatments spread over an eighteen month period. It was expensive, but package deals are available if you shop around. Instead of numbing cream, the tech used one of those ice gel packs which reduced the pain some what. I found that if I made my appointments in the AM and didn't drink any coffee before hand, it didn't hurt as much.
Since there's no hair in the follicle, my skin is super smooth. The only problem is the hair will start growing back (but slowly and less dense) unless you maintain approx. one appointment per year. It's called 'permanant hair reduction' not removal. I'm still happy I did it because only about 20% has grown in after five years.

The Greater Detroit Area
Some of the dancers and customers in my area have known each other for MANY years. We call each other by our real names and some by stage names. It gets interesting when accidentally using an alias when out in public. Comments like "why did you call her that" ensue.
I have always been careful about giving my real name and urged customers not to be too trustful either. Most people are nice, but you never know.
After retiring, a customer tracked me down through a search service because I had referenced a family event. He searched the papers and internet for coordinating details and learned my name, address, and phone number. He then started calling me and sent a love letter to my EXACT address. Scary! Please don't be to hard on dancers who give stage names. (btw, guys give me bar names too).

Asking the floor manager will get you the girls that tip THEM the most, not the most "innovative" dancers. Buy a lap dance or two with a few dancers that interest you and go from there.

Detroit strip clubs
Alot of younger people focus on learning new technology and social media. They aren't interested in history, current events, politics, etc.
Savvy dancers will read in order to keep the conversation going with their customers.
Before you relegate all strippers to the intellectual basement, maybe read the pink website. Some gifted and well spoken dancers post there. Be aware that some are very opinionated (probably in a way you won't like)but many are pretty nice!

What about #20: Your wife or SO comes into the club?
This happened while I was sitting with a customer once. He was using the sympathy route in attempting to persude me to date him and had told me his wife had passed away. He was so heartbroken about it. She then comes into the club and stood about ten feet away from us just looking at him. He says "My best friend is here and you should probably get up".
She was actually pretty civilized about it-they talked for awile and then got up and left together. He had been a club regular until that day and we never saw him again.

It is dancer courtesy EVERYWHERE not to approach a customer for a dance when he is watching a stage routine by another girl. It doesn't mean it isn't done though. Some of the responses here are the reason-you don't really know unless you ask. I try to balance acting rude to my co-workers with regret when a faster girl goes back in the VIP with the guy. So I may ask the people in the back row, but not up front.
I've had dancers and hostesses completely block a customer's view of me by standing in front of him, sitting in his lap with her face up to his, or bending down in front of him. I think that's a bit much.

I also earned my four year degree(in business)while stripping. I began at a community college because the tuition was less, the classes smaller and easier to get into.

I worked at a club where two "regulars" came in almost EVERY afternoon and sat in front of the stage. Never bought any dances though-said they didn't have the money. We (the dancers) used to wonder why they didn't visit less often so the $70 per week budget would be more satisfying.

Call me suspicious, but I don't think Bob Davis wants to operate strip clubs when there is more money in suing city governments. Just a preclude to another lawsuit.

Superdude, they're called 'baby wipes' and are good for delicate areas as well as all over use. I once gave myself a sponge bath after lap dancing for a particuly stinky customer. Dancers are not the only ones hygiene challenged-it goes both ways.

She's doing it for the income AND hiding it from those around her. Two beers and four hours at a "happy hour" after work is easily explained. Anything more is not.

I've seen two girls fall asleep while on stage. One was a heavy drinker, and the other a heroin user. (Separate occasions, different clubs).

Breathe, breathe in the air
Dancers HATE "maybe later" if you're not intending to buy a dance. It's an insincere brush-off and gives the impression that you are triing to lead us on. We don't want to come back and bother you any more than you do. So how do we separate the customers who really want us to return when they are ready and the ones who don't? "No thanks" is honest and direct and we appreciate that-no offense will be taken.

Finally some honest (public) comments about some of these people. Sarah Jessica has to be THE uggliest person to acheive stardom. She must have a great agent. Surely there are pretty people who can also act. And what's up with all those mammoth chins? (i.e. Jennifer Anniston, Reece Withespoon, and Sarah Jessica)

Duplicate review from August 11, 2015 of the same club. (except the last sentence regarding Gia, and I would agree that she is gorgeous).

Maybe the reviewer mixed up the club names and this review is for another club? Dancing Bare is too small for 10 dancers to work at one time.

why does this club have so many first time reviewers giving glowing reviews?
