So when I read these posts here, I usually voice them as if somebody was at a table with me watching T&A or talking shit at the bar. If I was ever in a strip club and some dude rolled up saying do what my heart tells me that'd be an interesting, awkward silence.

Hi ReadyToMonger. If you see a thread on TUSCL with a club at the top it's specific to that club. You might be able to skip the line with a $20 tip if it's an in demand dancer, but don't be shocked if they take your money here and still do their dances with whoever they feel like. You gave some decent generic advice, but if Baby Dolls is busy at all you might not even get scraps unless you're prepared to wait a while for the dancer who saw you tip another dancer. I didn't think Baby Dolls in Dallas was overrated because I could see it delivering on its hype, but the part of the club where I could find what I wanted without having to do a room was cramped and awkward. Dallas has a lot of clubs so unless you just want to burn through cash at the obvious spots I'd shop around.

I also didn't notice that Jacob posted it way back when. That's probably why it didn't get trolled. Baby Dolls has a weird and annoying set up with all the stages, but I've had fun there.

For those who don't know this, that club has a ton of stages. Whoever is reading this, don't spend a ton of time following a dancer from stage to stage, especially if you're only tipping a dollar. Plus the popular girls there will already have a line so you're following her around just to be stuck behind other dudes anyway. Catch her on the back half of her stages and find out if she's got a wait.

I see them once in a while. A lot of the time after they start showing I see them convert to waitresses or door girls. Sometimes bartenders. If they stay on as dancers it's unusual but I've seen that too. There's only one very pregnant dancer I've seen who I almost did a VIP with. It was on the Block in Baltimore and by the time I realized she was pregnant I'd already taken in all the reasons she got knocked up in the first place. If I were further into my mongering run I'd have probably taken that plunge but hadn't reached my final form yet lol.

I think it's fine that some reviewers write a lot of details about the dancers, but I don't feel obligated to do it. Mostly it's because I've seen enough dancers negatively impacted by getting their name dropped and I'd rather not have people think a dancer puts out just because I said something about her.

This first thing I'm looking for is whether or not the club seems like a place I'd like to spend time in at all. If that's a strong no, before I walk out I'm looking around to see if there's a dancer who catches my eye enough to give the place a chance. I don't filter out dancers based on race and I don't get uncomfortable around people who don't look like me. My basic approach to clubs works in just about every place I'd walk into nowadays, so it doesn't change based on the look of dancers of other customers.

If you enjoy your situation and like what you're getting that's what matters. Girls and guys aren't always going to level about who's paying what. But I didn't drop into your local circle to challenge what you're doing. All towns are definitely not created equal with their club scenes and it sounds like you've got a good thing still even without the "loophole". I do ok in my local clubs but I'd probably get more of what I like around Providence.

Unless you have the same exact same guys in both threads contradicting themselves then there really isn't a disconnect you just got two different samples. As a practical matter, in US dollars the smallest denomination were carrying is $1 so that at a minimum is what a dancer will get from me. I tip $1 a song by default because it's easy to track and I'm not constantly having to hunt down change. If a dancer catches my attention then I'll tip more at the stage. But if another customer is tipping $1 per dancer it's his money and I don't tell another guy how to club. Same deal if he's tipping more than me.

Yeah getting hit multiple times a song would suck.

I think the list is fine the way it is. No ranking process is going to be perfect and anything driven by the volunteering public is going to be garbage in and garbage out.

Seen "girls called prudes and ROBs with GPS"...lol...and it's also worth mentioning that on a short threat you guys are already trying to keep a couple of dancers from getting hit with strays.

But I've had many, many, many occasions over the years where I've seen girls called girls and ROBs with GPS in reviews that I've personally run through. It's always case by case. Always. This includes stuff posted by guys who strut around online like they're bringing tablets from the mount and generally know their stuff. If you see a girl you like and have money you won't miss to spend on her, shoot your shot. If Providence wasn't so out of the way for anything I'd ordinarily do in life I'd put these notes to good use, so whatever works. Interesting read and sounds like the scene there is still going strong with fewer clubs.
