If your investment horizon is 5 years, or longer, a diversified stock portfolio is always better than any alternative investment vehicle, including bonds. But, sure, if this is money that you’ll need in the next 3 years, bonds can be useful.

Dream girls Gentleman’s Club in Fort Mohave. From reviews and pictures, it looks like a small dive club in the middle of the desert. It was in business for many years, looks like it closed a few years ago, and recently reopened. If I was ever nearby, I would have checked it out. I got a Porky’s vibe just looking at the Google street view.

I manage my taxable income ( mostly capital gains and dividends ) to minimize my taxes. By doing that, taxes are pretty simple. A little planning up front means fewer headaches at the end of the year.

The Russian troops north of Kyiv are largely cut off from supplies and risk being surrounded by Ukrainian troops. Puti has decided to move those troops to the Russian speaking parts of eastern Ukraine. He will consolidate his position and declare victory, having accomplished nothing.

GMs are wising up to the moneyball aspect of the game. It’s really difficult to build a winning team if you are paying 20% if your salary cap to one player.
A perfect formula for a SB team is a stud QB on a rookie contract, a few play maker veterans at around $10M, and a split between players on rookie contracts and solid veterans at $4-$8M contracts.
