Time for the third round and let's start it off with what I think is the most anticipated matchup. One could make the case this is the biggest matchup of the bracket thus far — maybe the biggest matchup we'll have in the bracket as a whole when it's all said and done.

Hayek is currently the odds-on favorite to take the whole bracket, and one could make a case Upton might be her biggest challenge before the ultimate championship round. She clearly has fans, she's won both of her matchups by a wide margin and has garnered more votes than anyone in the bracket. That said, she's not necessarily everyone's flavor, plus, I suppose it's plausible one could evaluate their spouse choices and say Hayek (one of the world's richest men) might be more gold-digger-ish than Upton (still a rich guy, but a more down-to-earth baseball player). In short, she's clearly one of the world's sexiest women, but so is Upton. She's earned the crown of favorite, but this is no guarantee.

Upton becomes the next to step up to the plate against the powerhouse Hayek. After a bit of a tussle with a more-popular-than-expected Lisa Guerrero, Upton found her footing against fellow SI cover model Rebecca Romijn. What does she have going for her? Well, as is the case in most comparisons with Upton, she's bustier, has the California vibe and is more of a combination of hot and cute than Hayek, who can be cute and funny but is so scorching that she even made the relatively tame-looking Frida Kahlo seem hot. However, Upton is your typical blonde, and voters have leaned heavily brunette, with Hayek being the flag-bearing standard. Can Upton compete? There's only one way to find out.
