I get annoyed when there is no consistency in dink prices.

Call them out on it and don't pay

Wrong price, no tip.
Bad service, no tip.
Keeps change, that's her tip.
Just like when a dancer pads the dance count.

I fucking HATE when a bartender assumes the change can be kept as tip.

I don't let it annoy me. I'll try to correct the behaviors I don't like. If that doesn't work, I'll avoid that bartender. If that doesn't work, I'll avoid that club. I might mention it in a review too.

You can politely call her out on some of it. But honestly if you're a regular and she's been working there for a while and does that shit either she doesn't like you or she just a shitty bartender and isn't likely to correct those mistakes even with a little guidance. If she's doing those things, I'm guessing she feels you don't tip well enough. She might be right, you might be a cheap and or annoying bastard. She might be wrong, she could be an entitled brat or simply a shitty a bartender.

I don't run into that stuff too often. When I do, I'll make an effort to politely course correct. Ask her to explain/repeat the price or ask for change. If that doesn't help, I actively avoid shitty bartenders. I'll go sit somewhere else if it's one I recognize before I sit down. I'll get up and move if I discover her shittiness after I've been there a minute. Most of time at my local clubs there's a bartender or waitress who I prefer, and I go sit in their area.

When we get shitty bartenders at our local clubs, usually it works itself out pretty quick. People avoid them to sit elsewhere, their tips suffer, they quit. Occasionally it doesn't, often times cause she's hot and able to get by on her looks, or maybe she's blowing the right guy.
