Not necessarily because the reason for women controlling the majority of consumer spending ties into the fact that they are the party that does a lot of the household spending. Women are more often responsible for most, if not all, of the household because they are the primary support for the children and by default the entire family. As a result, decriminalizing prostitution would really have no impact on this because for the most part women are not going to give their significant other money to visit prostitutes just because it is legal and johns are going to visit prostitutes regardless of the legality, thus the increase in revenue would not be astronomical. Yes, there would be an increase, but some of that would then be offset by the government wanting their cut in taxes on the women's revenue.
Overall it would not have a huge impact to stimulate the economy.

It seems to me that the vast majority of posts and threads are not the problem, only that 5-10% that torque someone the wrong way and the issue is we do not want censorship. Instead of putting the control to moderate the board in the hands of 1 person to decide, thus opening the opportunity to direct the board, could a moderator panel be established. Make it like a "appeals court" situation where we have 5 people as moderators, that way we can have a simple majority to decide if the post/thread needs to be closed/deleted. I say 5 because 3 makes it easier to guide the board if 2 of the 3 are of similar philosophy, but the odds of 5 having a majority element that agrees on everything is probably significantly less. To reduce the demand on the panel, some type to method could be established to nominate posts/threads to the panel for their adjudication.

When the liberals figure out a sure fire way to tax it, then it will be legal. Look at the states that have legalized pot and there tax revenues from it.
Until it can be regulated and taxed, it probably won't be made legal.

Would there be a way to utilize Nice's idea #1 on individual posts to combat the threadjacking that 25 suggested. Some form of like/dislike that if a poster received some number of dislikes for a specific post, then they are barred from posting anymore on that respective thread and the disliked post(s) are removed from the thread. That might make it harder to jack threads, but still allow for the slight deviation that all threads seem to take.
That would put the onus on us, the forum users, to police our community and make so no one single person or group can edit the board to match their opinions.

To answer your concerns:
1) here texting at 10PM: block her number if you don't want her texts
2) her taking their time to walk over to you: deal with it, she isn't your servant that is waiting for you at the door with your smoking jacket and slippers for when you arrive
3) her eyeing other customers after you bought her a drink: try engaging her in order to keep her attention
Sounds like the ATF has run it's course and it might be time for you to move on to someone new since it sounds like both of you do not relish the time together anymore.
