@Bbybunny - Understanding the average persons racial bias when it comes to sexual attraction goes a long way to understanding perceived racism in the strip club. There is racial bias in the strip club for sure I have no argument about that. But even someone who is not racist at all would have to make decisions as a strip club manager that are very unfairly racially biased if you want to make the business as successful as possible.
On average guys are less attracted to black girls. And as there are specific black strip clubs if you are the manager of a mixed club there is a certain ratio of black girls you probably should not exceed or guys will start to perceive the club as being a black club and stop showing up. Before you know it your mixed club is a black club. If you think through the math of it, that process doesn't work at all in reverse.
So there will always be a limitation to the number of black girls a strip club manager is willing to hire. Simply put there is an oversupply of black girls willing to be strippers compared to white girls. I think part of this (my theory) is that black girls are more likely to consider being strippers where white girls are more likely (compared to black girls) to become cam girls or cosplay girls. Which furthers the supply and demand problem.
For the record I'm not saying any of this is good, just or right. Just that it is what it is. Neither you or I can change the rules of the game. I do take issue with people saying all strip club managers are racists. You might make the same decisions if you were in their shoes.

I think "white flight" is a bit of an oversimplification.
From a purely statistical basis the average a guy of any race (even black) is less likely to be attracted to a black woman:

I went to one once. You walk in and pick a girl from a lineup and pay the room fee. In my case there were 2 girls both super hot and the room fee was $50. Then you go to a room, close the door and sit on a couch. You negotiate with the girl from $100-300 depending on what you want and the menu varies per girl. I paid $140 and got a full contact lap dance (was a newb at the time and probably overpaid a bit). Then you are allowed to strip completely naked and they put a towel over your lap for the lap dance. You are allowed to masturbate if you are someone who can't LDK.

@dc9428 - At the clubs I go to you pay $50 to get access to VIP and then negotiate separately with the dancer. I bought a lifetime membership to the club so I actually never pay anything to the club anymore just to dancers.

@nicespice - This club also does another dollar dance type cattle call. I was only there once when they were about to do it and decided that sounds absolutely not something I would enjoy so I just left.
@Subraman - At first I told my fav to just head down for the cattle and come right back up when she was done. But she is pretty hot and gets picked every single time and I hate being kept waiting. In the future I'll probably just give her the cash to pay off the club so she can skip it.

To expound on the anti-thread bumping method:
Any user can post on any old thread and bump it to the top regardless of who started the thread. The exception would be if the same user (or IP) posts twice in a row, the second post in that series would not bump the thread to the top. This strategy allows SJG to bump his own threads to the top but if people aren't engaging with him he can't keep doing it over and over. This also prevents people (like me) from "text dumping" on his threads.

Not letting the same person bump a thread to the top multiple times in a row.
Make people who have a high enough ignore count get auto ignored by new members. This could be based on percentage of ignore versus time on the forum, or against trusts.

As someone who only does long term regulars I have the philosophy that if someone is a pain in the ass on day 1 then they will probably be a pain in the ass forever. So I don't mind at all dancers who are weird about giving out their number or try to upsell in a club where that is uncommon. It let's me know they are not a good potential favorite.

@rickdugan - Why don't strip clubs attract more 8s, 9s, and 10s. The money is obviously good for a girl like that but girls who are 8-10s have other options and don't need to put up with badly behaved mongers.
There was a guy on here who was bragging about how he got a $60 ldk from a 9. Then a few weeks later he was complaining that same 9 was ignoring him. Girls aren't robots and the hottest girls don't have to put up with much to make money.

I generally don't if I can see her hair is done up nicely or ask. But if her hair is done up really nicely I pretty much knows it's going to be off limits so that is usually someone I don't get a dance with.
I like the girls (usually millenials) with long hair where they obviously haven't trimmed it in years.
