A lot of guys complain about the lack of attractiveness of the strippers at the local clubs. I've had a lot of nice looking regulars, though, and they quit and then tell me they couldn't take the rudeness and nastiness of some of the customers. For example, one girl had a customer get angry because she wouldn't give him a twenty five dollar blow job. This is not some aging crack whore; this is a really pretty girl with a friendly personality in a club where girls get fired for doing extras. This kind of thing sucks when all my favorites are being driven out of the stripping business by these guys. Do you think most customers have realistic expectations or unrealistic expectations in a club or are most strippers unrealistic in what behavior they expect? Should the managers in clubs do more or less in monitoring customer behavior?
I couldn’t really tell you because I’m not privy to most customer dancer conversations. I do hear stories from CFs about odd requests and smelling like garbage thing of that nature. But that’s not everyone obviously.
Me, I’m always flirting, I could see that possibly get annoying from time to time especially if they are way more interested in getting my money. I do tell my favs if you ever feel unsafe or really uncomfortable just HMU I’ll try to come through.
And IMO the best clubs have chill managers but also chill customers.
It takes a thick skin to work as a stripper for any length of time. Anybody with a cover charge in his pocket can walk in the door and clubs are going to attract all types. A girl has to learn to walk away and not take silly shit from morons personally, though truth be told I also found your intro to be a bit melodramatic.
I do not believe that club managers should be doing more to monitor customer behavior. These are interactions between grown adults. Now obviously I do not believe that a customer should be allowed to manhandle a girl if she doesn't want it, but she also bears some responsibility for taking care of herself and walking away if someone is being verbally rude or mean. It is a strip club, not the ballet. If a girl cannot even handle that much, then she should find another job.
I think a lot of the way the girls act is based on how the majority of men at the club treat them. If they get treated a certain way a lot, they'll expect that.
A lot of guys are socially awkward or they think that spending money entitles them to whatever they want.
I've had bad run ins with other guys at clubs. A lot of racism and bitchiness. They run their mouths or give looks, or don't respect your bitch but their tone changes when you follow them outside.
Most strip club management profiles customers by race and age. Older guys and white guys are prone to get away with a lot more. They just care about making money. They know if customers see management or security approaching too many guys, that'll make the others less likely to stay and spend money. On the other hand, if you fit a certain image they'll be all over you.
I've been told alot of horror stories from old ATFs about customers low balling them like you said or agreeing to protected extras and trying to slide it in without protection. What I hear the most is that young guys are cheap and just want to hangout with their friends and they won't even stage tip. I've been told foreigners are really cheap. Then there is the group of men who because they're paying you they can manhandle you and talk to you any kind of way. I think any woman who goes into stripping should mentally prepare themselves for that
If you need examples of bad customers, go over to stripclublist and read the gogorama comments. Page after page of one guy pissed at nelly because she would not fuvk him and another guy hating the world because anaya is in it.
I imagine there are a lot of shitty customers - and some rougher clubs are probably worse than others (e.g. dives vs upscale, etc) - but I think the aholes are the minority it's just that a person will often remember the rude aholes more than the numerous other custies that were uneventful - similar to how experienced SCers have war-stories about ROBs and rude/annoying dancers, but obviously those dancers are not the majority o/w we wouldn't be regular SCers (most dancers know to treat custies well in order to get the mo$t out of them).
Any profession where one deals directly w/ the customer there is gonna be plenty to bitch about whether it's a customer-service-rep, waitress, nurse, car-driver, etc - and one could assume for dancers is probably worse than these other professions though - strip clubs are probably the only environment where men get their asses kissed and some take advantage of this whether on purpose or by not being self-aware enough.
Dealing w/ rude custies kinda goes hand-in-hand w/ stripping - sorta like a nurse complaining about sick patients in the hospital being a PITA.
And last but not least - on avg women are more sensitive than men and rudeness/mistreatment on avg seems to affect them more.
i think its like any other industry. talent goes to the best workplaces. if the opportunities to make money are less and the enviroenment is less nice - less talent. places where you can get a lit for very little money are going to have less talent
@rickdugan - Why don't strip clubs attract more 8s, 9s, and 10s. The money is obviously good for a girl like that but girls who are 8-10s have other options and don't need to put up with badly behaved mongers.
There was a guy on here who was bragging about how he got a $60 ldk from a 9. Then a few weeks later he was complaining that same 9 was ignoring him. Girls aren't robots and the hottest girls don't have to put up with much to make money.
I think it’s 50% the strippers being “bad strippers” and allowing customers to treat them like shit for not very much money then 50% management/staff encouraging or ignoring bad behavior and not enforcing rules like they used to. There have always been asshole customers but they didn’t used to be able to get away with it. I think this makes us more jaded and that can be bad for the good customers. Same goes for the flip side- many girls and clubs rip off customers, steal and overcharge with no consequence so men are less likely to hand over their credit card. Everyone’s on the defense these days for good reason.
Strippers who move to fbsm or escorting often say their clients treat them much better than their SC customers did (as a group). Don't know how much of that is perception that's biased by just being out of the SC atmosphere
I don’t usually see a lot of bad behavior in the clubs I like to go to, I do agree that the well run places, attract the best talent, and usually the best talent attracts the best customers, guys that I know aren’t normally rude or nasty to women in general, why would that change just because you’re in a strip club.
My theory, is based on the birds of a feather, flocking together.
A lot of the things mentioned are why hoes have pimps. Even when he's not around, having a wifey at the club helps her a lot in dealing with that kind of shit when they're hoeing.
As far as what is “realistic” that is an odd thing. A sense of entitlement can push you farther along, as long as you don’t take it too far.
Quoting from hobostripper:
“One of the reasons that I love stripping is because it is such a true little replica of real life. Whatever you need to learn about life, you can probably learn it in the strip club. It took me a few years of dancing to figure out why those certain women always sold the whole nights worth of champagne rooms. You know what it turned out they had that I didn’t? A sense of entitlement. This is why young women from richer backgrounds will almost always start out making more as a stripper than young women who grew up with less: they grew up knowing they were entitled to it all.
So, if you don’t know, let me tell you: whatever you can believe and project to others that you are entitled to, you can have. Try it. It’s fun.”

You're stupid. Wifeys will split money to make sure everyone stays safe and tricks don't try to rip them off. If they want to do extras in a shared VIP area, just have a wifey make sure to have a wifey sit in a way so the camera doesn't pick it up. A trick gets too obnoxious but keeps spending, a wifey will help her keep safe. That's how it works dumbass.
A high percentage of strip club custies, as evidenced on this site, look down on the women who work in strip clubs, generally see them as failed people, and as vending machines. They divide women into two categories. So this makes it hard for the women who work in the clubs. But it also makes it easier for someone like me, who does not think like the above.

During crappy shifts, it’s up to 50% of them. On better ones, maybe 5%.
Most recently, I dealt with this nonsense:

But yeah, it does take a certain mindset to handle the obnoxiousness.
I just play stupid to a lot of nonsense and turn the conversation around. And if I can’t salvage it, then I walk away.
