I finally can sleep 5 hrs, consecutively, with deep REM, a night thanks to my cpap. I'm a new man since getting it. I sleep less today than I did 2 years and feel twice as refreshed. So 5-6 a night, if I'm not drinking heavily, and a nice hour long nap after lunch on Sunday is about all I need.

Here's a shout out to Chili Palmer for this comment: @SJG: if you actually went to strip clubs and actually participated in ITC and OTC relationships with dancers, then you'd know that sometimes you find a dancer who is simply cool to be with, as well as a great fuck. The rest of the story... I've never prepaid her before but did this time. Thursday prior, she texted me about noon and told me she wanted me to come in and be her friend's first customer.
