Look, these things will happen especially with OTCs from the smaller clubs. But the thing is the time each girl spends each 'date', the activities we get up to, the flakiness levels and number of repeats make each OTC girl ways different. That's kinda the point of having different OTC girls.
So its quite a simple matter to respond honestly to a less compensated OTC that I will revisit the amount if she gets her $hit together and provides as good a GFE as Snowflake or is as reliable as Katrina.
In the RickD situation the girl who ran her mouth would be getting a quiet but clear message the next time we were due out.

Just to add ... thru most of 2018 the $125 for 15 min VIPs were pretty reliable at LDs. Firstly the price actually was $125 and second I had a good time for 15 mins 3 out of 4 on average.
No longer the case, last three visits all in 2019 have been way down. The $125 is being upsold occasionally, the dances not even nude the whole time and mileage a crapshoot. The ROBs are running rings round management.

Wouldn't put anyone off trying out the Vegas clubs. Some are different to elsewhere due to the sheer scale and throughput of girls. Enjoy for what they are. Low expectations. Maybe you find a little niche. I quite like the rail at Palomino with a regular supply of JacknCoke for chill viewing evenings. Mileage can be found on occasion in several of the clubs but $$$ don't go so far for the most part. Little D's has just swung back out of my favor again from my last trip a week ago.
Weekends I've randomly bumped into fun civvies in the lifts of my hotel or the food courts, odd place sometimes!

I tend to know them well enough ITC that we've an established pattern for texts and updates. No texts leading up to OTC pick-up time means I won't show. Usually I get an apology text a couple of hours before a cancel, sometimes later that night, once or twice the day after. The next outing usually goes for longer. Delays on the other hand sometimes drive me nuts: "I gotta run an errand hun, be 30 minutes". 2 hours later: "Sorry. Ready".
Too often in the early days I accepted OTCs too soon, lots of one and dones back then.

Tricky situation! The way I club, only on trips away, it will run 2 or 3 visits in a week then nothing for 2 or 3 months til the next trip to that city. I also build favorites.
One way or another, a fave or myself will get out of line now and again at the start of a trip. She will not get to me soon enough or take it for granted I want to see only her, or I may be too enthusiastic or not notice she's a lil quiet and play accordingly. It happens.
I always try to figure it out and visit again a couple of days later.
@ Muddy, the point is I take the lead on the next visit and play to whatever our strengths were in the first place, we chat; if I was out of line then I apologize during that convo, if she was out of line then I explain why I was pissed. I suppose I must do it to some extent because I care and coz it clarifies things. I either end up with a great visit or we call it quits. Probably 25% of those times I end up walking away but at least on okay terms and able to re-focus on other girls in the club.

Flakiness can be a problem. If she's a proper stripper then there will be some family drama every 72 hours and some other self-inflicted mess up between times. Which means the road trip gets pushed back a day or two just as hotel cancellation times pass.
Then again when it comes off it really is just brilliant. In fact, one of better ones was a girl from Vegas down to Arizona for a couple of nights. I do the packing and the driving, she does the Radio and chooses the cocktail for the day.

She's chosen to do something else. Fine and pretty normal.
I'd text back for sure, though I'd have done it before I went out ... hmm you've known this girl 6 months? but this is the first semi-flake?
I guess the real decision was heading to the club anyways rather than postponing.

Nah, I can't make it to Vegas that time of year anymore. Good luck though Juice.
I did the Vegas WSOP satellites for a few years; you need to be able to have an excellent 1 table game and size up 9 strangers real quick. I did the $200+vig 10 seat games. I had the game back then; but still never put down the $10,000 for the main event.
I do recall a fun night at Cheetahs after winning two satellites one day; I took in 4 $250 tourney chips to show off ... of course, one of my friends in the back was able to cash a couple at $230 each, and one thing led to another.
Very tough life though, especially tournaments. Glad I passed as knew several good players who did well initially then burned out.

It tends to be the next step, with some, in the OTC adventures. Let's go to NYC, Seattle, San Diego, wherever, will pop up in a conversation and we work out some idea of a trip. A percentage actually happen and with a common theme of both of us being game for some adventure. With most I'll suggest a 8 or 9 hour day trip first to try and iron out any major expectation differences.

For starters you should have a Cranberry Sprite or two to hand (safety first!), plus a chilled bottle of a $16 Californian sparkling at the ready in ice in the room (always fun helping her open it).
Those basics apart I'd be playing it from what you two go with at the Italian and offer to play up whatever takes her fancy there. Play it by ear, most of these girls enjoy spontaneity.

So many what ifs!
What if she is not in that night? What if you call/text her before your visit? What if she's busy all night? and is it a 2 night visit again?
I don't think I've ever had a long-time fav ITC that I haven't fallen out with ... its kinda the whole point of taking a stand / being firm once in a while. And it gets sorted next visit about 90% of the time (or via a phone call before).
I'd have two or three scenarios planned where I'd look to get across my message (which would include a degree of empathy for her world). Plainly, when the time is right she's up for a BJCIM so it becomes a question of whether you think on the night she'd deliver well (Part 1 suggests you thought not on the fateful night), and $$$.
Initially I'd not be focusing on the $500 previous offer .. but a whole re-kindling of the relationship. If the GPS is still shining too brightly I'd be prepared to say goodbye.

I guess each OTC relationship plays out differently and I do feel the need to clear-up certain tendencies by the 3rd or 4th date before it settles as the norm. Never had #1, #2 or #3 as an issue.
Flakiness I do look to reign in, late cancels or "I'll be another 30" turning into 2 hours or more, gets called out.
#4 is interesting. I am quite keen usually to gauge how many current 'dates' she has, and as we work through the various services I develop an idea of what she seems more and less practiced at. Certainly once we know each other pretty well it is fun to hear some of their funny war stories of 'dates' which didn't go to the script.

Great review, especially as it provides another angle into enjoying HK and the Street. I found the ficha n grope routine difficult at first. Practice makes perfect. Looking forward to the night 4 tale.

Sounds like you drew a rare dud. The 3 for $100 in the private booths (there are various timed options too) are nude. There are also open $20 lappers downstairs in a side room which are topless only.
New girls have been known to be confused! The clue is they should get naked straight away in the booth. Thanks for the review may be heading that way end of next month.

Yeh, some nights here normal is not on the menu ... often in a good way
