OTC no shows

I swear, it's just shrinkage due the cold
How many do you tolerate before you fire her? I allow 1 then it is over. Had to fire a favorite last night after she no showed. Good thing is a new girl was available and she is amazing in bed. So flexible and the menu was wide open.

    Personally, I prefer when she is a bit tight. @Cashman would have probably liked her.

    I also usually allow only one miss and then I move on.

    A new girl? Possibly only one. No more than two. An established lady with an excellent track record? Two maybe three. Much depends on their reasons, how quickly they notify me and follow up.

    Well, depends what you mean by no show. Typically I shoot to confirm with her by text, both the day before, and a few hours before our OTC. If she cancels during one of those confirmations, I'll give her another chance. If she confirms a couple of hours before, and then no-text no shows? That's one and done. Exact same policy for SA also.

    Case-by-case basis. Typically, I'll allow one miss that I judge to be pure flakiness. If there's a second, I'm done.

    I had one dancer say she wanted to meet up but not for sex. After agreeing to meet up and she talked about it and suddenly she came up with an excuse suddenly, I was no longer interested in meeting up with her for anything. I don't like dancers playing games. I've met several who didn't play games. In hind site, probably just as well that she flaked out. Meeting up for an all day event at an amusement park or water park could have been a bad idea if we didn't get along. I won't ever try to meet up with someone first time for any long event unless I've already know them away from whatever.

    Dancer will have to have sex with me first before I agree to meet up for any long duration event and I know we get along ok.

    If a girl no-shows me once, she will never see me again. I have had girls cancel on me at the last minute, but they sent me a text telling me why. In reality, it was probably a better offer, but at least they had the courtesy to tell me they weren't coming. Just a no-show and leave me hanging ? Never again.

    Yeah, to elaborate: if "no show" means she cancels on you, sometime up to and including just right before the meeting, or alternatively, you texted her to confirm and not hearing back, well, it's hard to believe anyone is OTCing with any regularity and not getting those behaviors occasionally, unless you're timing it for right after her shift. If you're OTCing, you're dealing with this, to some extent, that's the price to pay for OTCing (and doing SA M&Gs is no better) versus escorts. Since I don't do the post-shift OTC, if I nix'ed every stripper who either canceled or ghosted, I wouldn't be doing a lot of OTCs. New girls get less slack than proven girls, obviously.

    The "confirm beforehand, but still don't show up and don't bother to text to tell me" is the one-and-done behavior. Although I haven't run into a stripper who has done that in many years, thankfully.

    DS 1 and DS 3 both stood me up once. I told them that the money would stop if they ever did it again, but they never forced me to decide if I was serious about that threat or not. With a non DS, it’s one strike and she’s out.

    I am sure a few of us have stories of getting a confirmation from her in the hotel parking lot but she never made it inside.

    I'm not much of an OTC guy nor a one-dancer type PL, so my thinking may likely not apply.

    If I was to make OTC plans with sla dancer I'd make them assuming there's a high likelihood she will be a no-show - if she's hot enough, and/or I've been with her in the past and she's rocked my world, then cutting her off would mean never being able to enjoy her again vs at least from time to time when the stars align - I accept as part of the deal that many of these girls live topsy turvy lives - but again I'm not heavily invested so easier for me to take this approach, and also being so lax about it likely gives them more freedom to keep doing it.

    I have not read any of the responses, but in my humble drunk ass opinion..... fucking fire them the FIRST TIME they stand you up. Dude, you can find a good OTC anywhere. Don’t get emotional. Move the fuck on!

    @papi. Yes. But they fucking freak out. Tell me they ain’t doing that shit and that’s the last time I ever hear from them. EXCEPT the Korean AMPs. They just tell me that they are too tight to have sex with me, but ALWAYS make me happy in other ways. Hmmm. I shouldn’t say ALL. 3 out of 12 ain’t bad.... even if it is just the tip.

    I tend to know them well enough ITC that we've an established pattern for texts and updates. No texts leading up to OTC pick-up time means I won't show. Usually I get an apology text a couple of hours before a cancel, sometimes later that night, once or twice the day after. The next outing usually goes for longer. Delays on the other hand sometimes drive me nuts: "I gotta run an errand hun, be 30 minutes". 2 hours later: "Sorry. Ready".
    Too often in the early days I accepted OTCs too soon, lots of one and dones back then.

    If strippers could reliably keep a schedule, they wouldn't be strippers. Many of them don't know if they are going to go into the club from one day to the next, so expecting them to be more reliable with some other form of work is unrealistic. And make no mistake, that is what you are to them - another form of work.

    This is one of the reasons why I rarely bother trying to advance plan with a stripper. Two days is like two weeks in stripper time and anything can happen. 90% of my OTC meets are direct from club to hotel and my show rate nowadays with these girls is near 100%. It just becomes a natural extension of their work night.

    In the 10% that I do advance plan, mostly because they cannot leave early in one club I frequent and I can't hang 'til 2 am, I treat it like a crap shoot. I don't pay for anything in advance - a lesson learned the hard way - and I go to a club to kick off my night. If she cancels or just goes radio silent, I am already out and ready to explore my other options. If she is delayed, no skin off my teeth as I'm already having fun. If she shows I consider it a bonus and doubly so if she is actually close to on time.

    One and done unless the person notified me of a legitimate emergency and concurrently made plans to reschedule.

    That would be much appreciated. If it has sections on smacking her up when she needs it, getting her hooked on drugs in order to control her, and managing her, that would be aces!
