I've got a bad feeling about this.
First to re-open?
My guess is Pompano Beach, Pinellas Co and Cocoa Beach FL will go wide open by June 1, Texas will probably be the same. I wouldn’t be surprised if other places use CV-19 as an excuse to put some clubs out of business that are more of a net burden on the economy (re land use, LE activity). In Baltimore, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Block (already a pale shadow of its former self) is a goner.

Will it matter......
I have a treadmill at home but it’s not quite the same as going to the gym. Flip side is I’m eating at home and on my normally-restrictive weekday diet instead of being on the road half the time, or eating out 3 times a week when I’m not on the road. Bottom line is I’m losing weight, not a lot but probably less carbs and fat going through me than before. Drinking has probably leveled off - I drink at home but it’s not like 3-4 beers or 2-3 mixed drinks like I’d consume if I were out. My hand seems to be busier though.

Fat bastard that can afford to fuck hot strippers
Bad news for us all from doctors
@butterman. Read reviews of Washington DC strip clubs (especially Good Guys, Camelot and Archibalds) and the Crystal City Restaurant in Arlington VA, plus clubs in Salt Lake City, if you want a preview of social distanced strip clubs. Not gonna be much fun.

The Square Above Charlie Weaver
After COVID-19 Clubbing MIleage going up or down?
Like everything else, SCs are going to change - or not be around. Except for the evangelical churchgoers being exempted in FL and elsewhere from social distancing in church (who will probably supercharge the upward curve on CV-19 cases but think they’ll survive due to being blessed by Jeebus), everyone over 25 is going to be exceedingly cautious with going out in public for a while. How long that while is, is anybody’s guess. Bars, restaurants and clubs will have seating limits. Chain restaurants depend on volume and many will be forced out of business. Lord knows how sporting events / concerts are going to exist without people being forced to wear facemasks. And SCs will come under scrutiny from health departments. Unless, as in Pompano Beach, they are a major contributor to the tax base, CV-19 will be an excuse for certain cities to close the industry down. As a result, I think OTC or in-call clubs, Montreal-style, may find their way into the culture (even if it is largely underground), given police and health departments are going to have their hands full with enforcing laws in traditional restaurant/bar businesses.

When is a stripper too old to make money?
Always room for a hot MILF (30-something) in a club. Several of my favorites are in their 30s, even in South FL which is ground zero for Generation Z strippers. More interesting to talk to, and they can more closely guess what you’d like. They just need to keep their breath fresh.

Nice place and at least one very nice dancer
In the past I found that tips may or may not make a difference here depending on how attached the dancer is to get regular. Some don’t even say thank you.

Should we still fear Coronavirus ?
My view - extreme lockdown (work at home, limited hours for shopping / out of the house) for two weeks nationally, and it needs to include Florida, Oklahoma, etc where a bunch of people haven't taken the virus seriously. Once you've had the extreme lockdown for two weeks, review the results and if you've flattened the curve go back to the social distancing / quarantining philosophy for two weeks, see how the curve has changed - hopefully flat or declining - and then gradually ramp up the economy and events. But some restrictions (nursing homes, hand washing, sanitary habits at gas stations and other public places) need to stay. And airlines are going to have to screen passengers to make sure no one has a chronic cough or sneeze. Issuance of face masks should be mandatory for such folks in any public place, let alone an airplane.

Ranking the "Joker" performances
I rank Joker maybe a 1/2-star above Uncut Gems, which I consider to be the most overrated, overhyped movie of the season. Whoopie, Adam Sandler playing a heavy. Give that man some kind of trophy. At least with Joker there was a slight bit of depth to go with the nihilism, which ultimately both of these movies thrive on. Joker at least doesn't hide the nihilism or try to disguise it with a convoluted script and plot.

Bay Area lockdown = No new SJG posts
LOL This thread is hysterical. Actually no one else is posting much either (I just finally tossed off two last reviews) but SJG's absence is deafening.

Boring
My one time here during the daytime a couple years back, it was dead. Tampa / Hillsborough Co not really any good for dayshifts. Of course at the time I write this, nothing is good for any shifts.

Anybody (including millennials) can be carriers of the illness even if they don’t experience the symptoms. Bottom line is 85% of the fatalities are happening to people 60 and over, and it may be the result of millennials that are carrying the virus and don’t know it. (I’m 59 so the timing of this may be fortuitous).

Slow start but a good finish.
Do they allow any sort of touching at Knoxville clubs? I went there some years ago and all of the places were air dance.

What's the SHORTEST TIME you spent in a strip club?
20 minutes - probably Atlantis in Clearwater - 1st and only time I was there. Crappy vibe, ugly girls.

Bounce on the VIP sofa
But the $20 for nude sofa dances was in fact not bad. I’m sure she needed to keep the revenue flowing.

@mets1986, I think the girl was trying to milk the price. And she would do no less than an hour. So, yeah she was gold club prices.

Story Time: The Meh, The Bad, and The Platonic OTC
@jacej I went there tonight (Sunday night) around 6ish and there were only 3 (!) girls working (and about 2-3 custies). A tall MILF blonde with a breath issue (name started with F), who I got private dances from but that tried to upsell me to the $1000 champagne room (1 hr, $500 for 30 min). Not worth it even if it included two Frank Sinatras let alone a Billy Joel. From what I heard this ain’t the place for Pompano-like action. F didn’t seem to like hands on titties. Was she the one you had? Other gal on stage looked vaguely Latina/Middle Eastern with long blonde hair named Alia, who had a hot curvy spinner body. Tipped her prodigiously (and she gave me more boobie action at stage side than I got with F in the room). But afterward Alia went with her regular she’d been sitting with back to the privates. Third gal had a fro, not impressed with her looks.

Nice review. I’ve only done this place once (only $10 dances procured), maybe I’ll try it again.

Thanks, @minnow. I’m just starting to put certain members on “ignore”. When you have people essentially denying what you see and hear and experience in order to support their view of the world, it’s time to cut them off.

On A Booty Hunt
Hard Pass
Never tried day shift there. Based on your review I probably won’t.. Tuesday nights are BY FAR the best night at SR, otherwise it’s Pompano for me as well. You get $10 laps and if lucky some hotties like the Colombian cousins and a Cuban gal named Sally who has done enhancements but gives seriously hot dances. Other nights you get some hotties but the laps aren’t as great a value, though the DJ will let song’s play longer. Always a couple girls past their use-by dates, and there are a few nights with one or two hot ones and a few “meh” ones.

Good time on $10 dance day
There are a lot of Latina gals there but if you mention fake tits, and she’s also blonde, that’s probably the girl named for Charlie Brown’s sister. I suspect she’s got some junk injected in her trunk recently too. No matter -she is very hot and I enjoyed her greatly this evening. And she does probe the limits of what you can do with $10 dances - especially later in the evening with smaller crowds and when the bouncers are less “active”.

Stumbled across a gem SC: Victoria June look alike
Congrats on a great time. It’s not a bad club, just a little off the beaten path. As it turned out my ATF was visiting there in January, and I sense this club welcomes more visiting dancers than other places in S Florida (my ATF (caucasian, lean but enhanced blonde) had trouble getting past the auditions at other clubs in the area.

The fakest fattest ass in Pompano. NBA All Star Edition
You can get Billy Joel for 150, if you want Frank Sinatra, anything over 225 is excessive.
