Here are some alternatives for the dancers that are a bit more frugal or live in a town where their club doesn't enforce an exaggerated look for their girls;
Tanning - WIth proper and timely application of sunblock, just sunbathe however many times a week. (Free)
Nails- Stick to plain polish at the salon if you must have them done for you or buy a mani/pedi kit from a drug store and do your own nails. ($5 - $30)
Outfits - I always shop online for outfits and treat myself to one new set each month. There will ALWAYS be better deals on eBay or Amazon compared to retail sex/lingerie shops. Just check the sizing chart and make sure the seller has good rep/feedback. It's also better to go brandless than designer/high end because you're stripping it off and tossing it on the rack or stage floor constantly anyway. ($10 - $60)
Waxing- There are endless Groupons/online deals for wax salons. Assuming that you wait the 2-week window in between waxing and utilize free touch-ups (if the salon offers it), I have yet to see a full body wax package exceed $70 in my town. Perhaps stick to leg/underarm/bikini/Brazilian waxes since those are the places that are seen the most and where contact is made most often depending on club rules. This is all assuming you're not a sasquatch. ($8 - $60)
Makeup- Full coverage foundation for any facial imperfections and eyeliner to make your eyes pop. Everything else is extra and more time consuming to apply in the dressing room. Cheap drugstore makeup works fine too if you have a good setting spray to keep anything from smudging or wearing off. Custies can't tell the difference. ($5 - $30)
Gym membership- Not a necessity if you have a laptop/smart TV to watch workout videos on Youtube at home. A lot of workouts uploaded work out the muscles more than people believe. I could also say find a cheaper gym and sacrifice the amenities, but I find that the basic gyms (ie; Planet Fitness) has a lot of machines that promote more injury/useless isolation than an improvement of physique. I also like to roam the designer discount stores' fitness section and pick up a few weights/resistance bands/etc for very cheap to improve my at-home workouts. (Free to $20)
Accessories- Sounds almost right, except use fragrances (especially the expensive kind) in high moderation - even if you sweat a lot. I've had almost all of my name brand perfumes in 3oz bottles last for up to a year with this method. A lot of custies complain about dancers reeking of perfume, and usually, 2 or 3 sprays will do the job well. Shoes are inevitably expensive even if they're plain old clear heels - even online. I always find jewelry at regular discount retail stores and are okay to wear so as long as they're truly hypoallergenic. Though I tend to find myself splurging more if jewelry prices are lower. ($20 - $75)
New estimated monthly expenses: $48 - $275.
This is merely an alternative way to adjust spending. It may also help out considering we are in the Summertime Slowdown presently, so whether or not guys are being more generous or not, it's good to be mindful of our own spending outside of necessities.

They're annoying to dance on. In clubs where there is different seating in each dance booth, I always go for the ones with the sofas. The armchairs just restrict how much wiggle the dancers can do.

When I was 14 or 15 years old, I was living with my grandparents - whose restrictive and conservative house rules rendered me a socially awkward recluse for quite some time. My grandpa was/is a barber that would subscribe to these magazine packages so that they would send him one of each type every month so that his clients would have something to read while getting their hair done.
Well, I was checking the mail one day and noticed that one of the magazines that were sent was within discreet plastic wrap. I opened it and it was a Maxim magazine. For the longest time, he would automatically throw the adult magazines away in the trash without even opening them, and I finally discovered why they were in that packaging in the first place. They kept sending Maxim for a little while, and then they started sending Playboy - which was raunchier in comparison. So easily intrigued by the borderline or completely naked women with every other flip of a page, I made it a priority to check the mail as soon as the mailman came so I could look for the magazines and sneak them in my room before my grandpa could find and trash them.
And yes, I have a towering stash under my old bed at his house still. I've thought about sneaking them out occasionally during my visits to his house, but there's a lot. Definitely enough to interrogate me about if he ever cleaned the house or planned on moving out and found the stash under the bed. So I'd have to take them in sections. Hah!

Speaking from said 'CF' perspective. The 'friend' that I went to my recent trip to Tampa with is a custy that I've been dancing for for around 3 years now. As I've written on here, we had an absolutely wonderful time, and he already wants us to plan another trip out for this upcoming Summer. We're stuck deciding between Miami or New York but he's been all over the US, so our choices aren't limited.
He's even brought up the idea of bringing an additional girl/stripper with us, but I've told him that I'm not for that - mainly because the girls he wants to bring are acquaintances that I've only known for 10 or 15 minutes giving me a lap dance and not girls that I've worked with or known for a while and trust.

I am the girl next door. I live in a complex building where all of the other residents are pretty much 50+ years old or a big family with 3-5 children. But I lived there for over 2 years now and don't really talk to any of my neighbors because I don't want the potential conversation of "What do you do for work" to come up.

Nope. The DJ I work with when I go to dance in Daytona Beach is a girl, and she's one of the best one I've worked with in terms of dancer requests/tip out/customer song requests/song length in VIP/not talking too much/overall awesomeness.

Funny thing is that I've had just as many customers ask me "If we go to VIP, will the DJ play better music?" as much as the guys that ask me "How long is each song in VIP?".
So it may be a half and half split between the general customers that do take music into account of their experience mongering and the guys that just simply tune it out and make the girls their main priority.
