Are you talking about the club in general or just general dancer colds and bugs, or STIs? I would never walk around a strip club barefoot like some dancers do. I wash my hands frequently when I'm there. I do eat at the strip club, the restaurant next door is pretty good and they do wipe down the tables at the club. This is going to vary a lot by country. Sometimes activities are legal but contained. Brothels might exist and be generally frowned upon but tolerated and legal. Streetwalkers might be contained to certain blocks and streets. A lot of countries have taken the approach that criminalizing the sex trade only hurts poor women, but containing it is a way to let those who want it seek it out but keep it out of view of the general public not seeking it.

First half of November is normal Football season, whatever that means locally. Actual Thanksgiving week and weekend SUCKS. Half the girls take it off while bored dudes with time off will pop in. So the selection may be decreased but the PLs often are too, and the girls that are there may be motivated to extract your cash. The exception of course is popular winter tourist areas. I'm willing to bet Florida in winter has a different ecosystem than Detroit.

Swing shift (4-8) can be weird. Some of the day shift girls, especially those with kids, start leaving at 4. If it was a slow day sometimes 2/3 of the day shift dancers bounce early. And sometimes they are still there and hungry to make some money for the day any way possible. You can also sometimes catch night girls who want to do a 4-midnight and want to start their day off right. One other thing to note is usually around 6pm the manager switches, and the night manager often enforces the rules regarding contact and mileage much more strictly than the day shift manager.
