What are you looking at dude? Nothing kills the vibe like a big shrek looking mf with a loaded weapon looking like he’s preparing to deploy to Afghanistan mean mugging you. If anything they make me feel on edge. Sometimes I be trying to Mack a broad and do my thing but out the corner of my eye I feel like I’m be constantly watched. When I try to make my “advances” here they comes to screw it all up. What’s the point of them anyway? They’re just in the way.
Obviously, if a bouncer is staring at one particular customer, they are not protecting most of the dancers in the club. I've seem more of the opposite problem, where bouncers don't even give a warning to customers who touch dancers who haven't touched them first.
Hopefully bouncers would also carry non-projectile weapons, and only use a gun as a last resort.
From a marketing point of view, it probably makes for a better vibe if it's a third party who is telling you this or that is against the rules of the club. But, the best security prevents problems before they handle them. To avoid unnecessary escalation, the bouncer shouldn't get emotional about it, even if it gets to the point where the customer needs to leave the club.
