It is funny to me. We, red-blooded well-off American males, are describing Tijuana Mexico as paradise. Think about what we are saying -- paradise! Tijuana? I cannot figure it out. In America, land of opportunity, why hasn't anyone opened a Hong Kong-like facility in Pahrump, Nevada with Hong Kong style amenities and pricing? I find it lacking credibility that no one has opened an establishment like that. Is it really the case that such a proprietor cannot lure women to work in a legal environment where $100 a pop gets the job done? Maybe some of the caravan could stock such a facility? It is out-of-the-box thinking, but consider that Orange County to City of Industry is 45-60 minutes one way. Orange County to San Ysidro, CA via rental car to Tijuana via pedestrian walkway to Hong Kong via $5 MX taxi -- 2-2.5 hours one way. I've made it back to John Wayne Airport from the border in 1 hour 40 minutes (at 11 pm). I've made the trip and will never ever bother to visit LA Area clubs again, unless I only have an hour to kill. For me, if you have a rental car, it is worth the extra 3 hours in the car for a once in a lifetime experience in TJ and several swings at a sure thing.

Been there -- done that. Got in and out for 250-300, but I was a shrewd negotiator. Have to be willing to walk away -- they assume if you drive that far from the strip that you are an easy mark.
