Uh, having implants isn't a prerequisite to be a dancer.
If what you mean by Bikini Clubs is a no-lap dance gogo-bar it's probably because they don't want to give lap dances or be nude, but they want to make like $200+/night anyway.

There are dancers that get fired from clubs, wait two weeks and then return as if nothing happened. IME it's really hard for a dancer to get blacklisted from EVERY CLUB in her area.

It definitely works both ways, I have a regular "customer" (or whatever you want to call him) that I'm kind of emotionally attached to. My main problem with the 1-10 scale and its implication of being universally understood is that it doesn't account for specific attributes (ie racial ones). Say, a guy who likes model-pretty european features on a dark-skinned girl with a big ass (their 9) would find another man's ideal (spinner type, caucasian girl-next door) sort of repulsive.
OR MAYBE I'M THINKING ABOUT IT TOO MUCH. IMO, Cillian Murphy is perfect and every other man is lacking, Maybe that's how y'all feel about Kate Upton.

I just think that attractiveness is so so so so subjective that it's kind of weird to assign women numbers that would imply the existence of a universal standard of beauty. Like, say you hooked up with a girl that you thought was an 8 but all of your friends thought she was a 5. It seems to me that things would be more like "I would pay to sleep with this girl" or "This girl would have to pay me to sleep with her."

Everything is a 50% chance. They either are or they aren't. Personally, I haven't met too many functioning addicts and thus have no seen many drug addicted dancers. However, I work in a college town and I am too busy attempting to get through school to worry about what other people are doing.
