Would you get a dance from a dancer ......
I don't think I've wasted a single moment talking about politics or religion while in a strip club. Idgaf about the dancers viewpoints and really wouldn't want to know. A MAGA hat or a BLM tee is not going to put me off a hot dancer. Hell, I would do a three way with Ivanka and AOC. I can separate pussy and politics.

White privilege is....
White privilege is... Owning a nice Colonial home with Plantation shutters and a large Master bedroom. These terms are now considered racist. I believe we have gotten to the point where we are being distracted by Pyrrhic victories instead of addressing the true inequities.

OT: Agree or not ?
I tip for service. The waitress that fills my coffee 5 times at a cheap truck stop diner is going to get 50% or better. 20 - 25% is plenty at a restaurant wear cocktails, wine, and entree for two bring the tab into the $300 - $400 range. I refuse to tip for someone just making change at the register like in a liquor store.

Another message from SJG - Not necessarily my opinions. Just passing it along.
Bless your heart, I wasn't trying to shit on you last time. I just find SJG constantly bumping threads that only he participates in to be annoying. If you are steadfast in being his proxy, would you be so kind as to create just one thread for all his absentia posts. It would limit his bumping of all these new posts along with the book publishing, occult, UBI, vocels, computer languages, etc. bullshit. Thanks.

Al Franken Mocks Trump's Size...Crowd Size
He my not have been an accomplished Senator, but he knows comedy. The PIPS (without Gladys Knight) made me smile. I got an image of three guys on stage dancing and going "woo, woo" to canned Gladys Knight soundtracks.

slip a dollar in her g-string for me
Juneteenth
I think this fact sheet explains why there is such variation in knowledge. It list when States recognized the Holiday. Texas was 1980; California not until 2003. https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R44865.pdf Every President since Clinton has made a statement on it. Oddly, Trump and Melania issued a Whitehouse statement two years ago. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/presidential-message-juneteenth/

"Go ahead and try to find a quote from Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson or Barack Obama where they reference "Juneteenth."" https://search.archives.gov/search?query=juneteenth&op=Search&affiliate=obamawhitehouse I think Obama released an official Whitehouse statement every year in office. It's not like this was an unknown event prior to Trump postponing his rally by one day. Most people are unaware because it is not in their wheelhouse. I don't know the meaning behind most Jewish and all Muslim holidays. Doesn't make them any less valid to the people how actually care.

With the states that reopened having a spike strip clubs are dead for 2020
"Not one person under 50 has died from Covid in Mass., " Apparently, this is not correct. 15 in their 20's; 28 in their 30's; and 74 in their 40's. https://www.boston.com/news/coronavirus/2020/04/27/massachusetts-covid-19-deaths I know of a young healthy couple, both athletic, that have had their lives changed by this. She got fever for 10 days, but no severe symptoms. He got pneumonia that has left him with lung scarring and possibly permanent impairment. Eight weeks after he "recovered" he gets winded walking to the mailbox. He used to be a competitive runner. This is considered a "moderate case" because he never ended up in the ICU. We can't allow this to completely destroy our economy. Seems to me that masks and social distancing is the best way to prevent masses of workers from being too sick to work. It really doesn't matter from an economic standpoint whether the government shuts down the factory or if Covid 19 absences shut down the factory.

Medical fees are influenced by Federal laws, State laws, and contract laws. There can be multiple reimbursement schedules depending on who is paying. Fictitious example: Medicare pays $100 for an x-ray of the forearm. BC pays say $85. UH may pay say $83. Medicaid pays say $62. Now if the imaging center sets their fees at the Medicare $100, there is no driving force for Medicare to ever increase their reimbursement. So, the center charges $300 for a forearm x-ray. Plus, say the injury is the result of an auto accident in a state without a legislated auto injury fee schedule, the center will actually receive the $300. Cash or time of service discounts are limited by Federal and State laws. Some States would limit the discount to a 20% reduction of the full $300 fee (or $240). Other States would allow reduction down to the Medicare reimbursement level of $100. Nowhere is it legal to discount to less than the Medicare fee schedule. So, in the OP, $4000 is the price for the injection and the amount they bill to all insurance companies. $900 is the amount they charge for a cash procedure because that is equal to or greater than the reimbursement they would get from Medicare and all their commercial insurance contracts.

How's Covid Enforcement in Your Area?
Having "rates" go up because more people are getting antibody testing showing prior exposure is no big deal. Having ICUs beginning to strain at capacity is a real concern. https://www.click2houston.com/health/2020/06/05/med-center-sees-uptick-in-covid-19-patients-in-icus-warns-if-trend-continues-capacity-could-be-exceeded-in-2-weeks/

OT: What would you do?
^There are usually two sides to a bar jigger. Some clubs do "pony shots" or 1 oz. Some do "jigger shots" or 1.5 oz. $75 is getting hosed even if it is a 3 oz double.

Guess he had COVId and tripped
"The stupid old man asked for it"???? How does an unarmed 75 year old surrounded by 30+ young officers in riot gear ask for having his skull cracked open? What could he have possibly said that would have warranted that response? For all I know he approached the officer and said "Hey, do you know when Body Shop dayshift is going to reopen? I'm sitting on a fat stimulus check." Seriously, I didn't see a volatile situation there and one uniformed officer escorting him to the side near the building to clear the walk was all that was required.
