    Good Indian dancer names
One of our old regular customers, her last name was "Kills Pretty Enemies." Yeah, I tried to stay on her good side. Potential N.A. dancer name -- "Works for Tips."

When you ask a dancer how she's doing...
Some upbeat news is always good and helps set the tone for the visit. "I aced my nursing exams!" "I sold my first house!" "I learned how to make a killer margarita today! Want one? My treat!"

    Hypothetical Question #Y2K
What would Al Bundy do? He'd probably run amok on any guys who tried to get a lap dance from his daughter -- and then head out to the Jiggley Room.

    Stupid Me--Dance With a Beginner
I've had a few incredibly boring lap dances, too. One, she kept asking for the money after each dance, and they barely qualified as air dances. After the second, I paid for the dance and, without a word, went back to my table. She was quick on my heels and sat down with me, promising she'd do better and just not shutting up. I didn't say a word. After a few minutes, she gave up and left. Another time, I had just sat down when a very cute girl parked herself on my lap and asked me about VIP. I asked her about any rules; she said there weren't any. She asked me to tip the bartender well so we wouldn't be disturbed, which silly me did. This girl had two, maybe even almost three moves, one of which involved poking her head through the curtain behind me and watching the empty floor. And she had the gall to hit me up for a tip -- a $200 tip -- without any sort of extras! If I wasn't so exhausted from boredom, I would've been on the floor laughing. It had to be the longest, most boring, least satisfying 30-minute VIP I've been through in my mongering career.

No worries, GACAclub. Having a variety of approaches to advice is always good. Sometimes a person can only hear one approach instead of the whole crowd.

If the media isn't going in there, how are they getting shot? Seriously, if you don't have any sort of proof, then it's pretty obvious you're just blowing smoke up our collective ass, Bear.

    Dive vs upscale club
I prefer working-class, borderline-dive bars. It's just my comfort level. I do enjoy an occasional higher-end bar though, just to see what my wallet and I are missing.

TUSCL Thanksgiving Poll: Where are you eating your traditional Thanksgiving feas
    A. Normally I work Thanksgiving, but my boss decided to give me the day off. Even though we don't get time and a half (thanks, North Dakota), there're still some decent pity tips.

GACAclub, I have to agree with GMD. The last advice I remember giving Footballguy was to be wary of the stripper he mentioned in his last thread; she was probably giving him extra-friendly dances to start roping him in to help her with rides, legal fees, and anything else she wants.

Young enough to be my daughter
I've given it a fleeting thought once or twice but shrug it off. It's all part of the fantasy and, as long as we're all consenting adults, it's all cool. Physically, yeah, they have to be at least 18, but mentally and emotionally, I prefer someone who's a bit more mature but still very passionate.

how many of us have dated a dancer ?
A couple times, although I think it was more just hanging out. Once, four of us (two dancers, a buddy, and I) caught a movie; we each paid our own way. Another time, the two dancers and I grabbed breakfast at Perkin's after the club closed.

Couldn't agree more, ATACdawg. A church and the beliefs it promotes are only as good as its leaders. And, SJG, it's one thing to read between the lines -- it's a whole other thing to write between them. Like I said, she was just running off the "poor stripper" checklist, though she did embellish it pretty well. She never said word one about child abuse (just the emotional abuse directed at her), and I never got any sort of child-abuse vibe from her. One thing I didn't mention was that, on the drive back to her place, she mentioned that her goal was to move her family back to her home state, which would cost her in the neighborhood of $2000. Having helped someone move cross-country before, the price sounded about right, but the way she said it and the glimpse of her I caught out of the corner of my eye, she was basically asking me to finance that endeavor. Yeah, everything she was saying and doing was leading up to that point. But I just told her, "Yikes. Good luck with that."

Electronman, check out eroticmp.com. There are also some forums on adultsearch.com, although some don't see a lot of use. I'd also recommend TER, but you have to be a paid member to check out the massage girl reviews.

Vacant hotel less than 300 feet of Harvey's Club O Gentlemen's Club.
Sounds like Club O promotes itself pretty much like most every other club might. And if they have "wall to wall crowds every day and night allready from the surrounding neighborhoods," well, it's not quite sounding as dangerous an area as you're trying to make it out to be.
