Option A vs Option BI'd probably go with option A, but it would depend on a couple of things: 1) Just what is the base price? Doubling $100 is one thing; doubling $300 something else; and 2) Just how horny me and the little guy are. Good things might come to those who wait, but sometimes there is just no waiting.

CorsetsForgot to mention that at one game, a couple of already busty women were just about spilling out of their corsets. Made it damn difficult to concentrate on the game and, yes, I lost.

Coke in the VIPI'd like to think I'd do what George did and just walked, money or no money.
Monger, one of my big problems with that scenario -- in addition to the drugs themselves -- is that, as far as I can see it, having sex with someone who's doing drugs like that is that it can be construed as rape. If the woman is any sort of compromised condition and can't consent with any legally recognized capacity, police might be able to push for a rape charge. It's just too big a risk.

Things a Stripper Really Doesn't Want to HearMy mother would really like you. Would you like to come over for Sunday dinner?
I have a dress just like that.
Would you teach me to grind like that?
I think I reached my credit limit.
Didn't you go to school with my little girl?
How about a threesome? Mom's getting pretty frisky.
Do you barter?
I'm trying to form an international alliance of sex workers. Interested?
Yeah, my twin brother's a cop. Why?

Does SC'ing turn you into a bigger Douche?I'm not a douche -- I'm a dork. But at least my strip club experiences have made me more comfortable around women, particularly more attractive ones. While I still typically don't initiate conversations with them, at least now I don't feel like I'm going to break into a terminal blush, find a dark corner, and curl up in the fetal position -- well, at least not as often.

Divorce questionsI've never been married so obviously I can't offer any experience on the matter, but I hope you don't mind if I ask some questions.
I know you said you've been thinking long and hard on this and you probably have thought about the finances, but have you actually crunched the numbers yet? Actually taken the time to see them?
Does your wife work? If she does, will she make enough to support herself? Will she need some financial help in any sort of interim the courts might dictate? Is she the sort of woman who will sue for an allowance to "keep her in the lifestyle she's accustomed to"? Is she the sort of woman who will claim all of the community property and leave you with all of the community bills? Are there any bills, such as college student loans for your kids, that she can dump on you and you alone? What are the chances that she can knock you so far out of the $350k Club that you'll have to live in someone's basement and subsist on Ramen noodles and hot dogs for any length of time?
Putting stuff like this on paper can make it seem all the more real than just contemplating it.
I have to agree with Dawg, too: Putting your DS -- and your strip club habit -- on hiatus during the whole divorce process is probably a damn good idea. You could already be giving your wife enough ammunition; you don't want to give her any more, not when she's going to be actively looking for it. And despite her drug use, your DS sounds like she's pretty smart and resourceful; if she's serious about keeping you as a sugar daddy, she'll wait. If you're afraid of losing her... Well, that's your choice, yours and little John's. Remember which one really needs to do the thinking in what can be an adversarial divorce.
Good luck, John. I really do hope all of this works out for you.

VIP - What am I missing?Hey, I'm stranded here in North Dakota, one of the barren wastelands of strip-club goodness. The nearest three are in the Club Northern (something that passes for upscale in this area but wouldn't stand a chance in the Twin Cities), the Bears Den (a shithole in an outhouse-sized town but it still manages to charge big-city prices to the yokels), and Outlaws (tried to check it out once at 10:45 on a Saturday night and it was closed; yeah, a bar -- in North Dakota -- closed). All three of them are maybe 80 miles away on average.
All of my SC experience has been outside of this town and the vast majority outside of this state, largely in the Twin Cities and Indianapolis, a couple of great excuses to vacation far and wide from this wasteland.

GFE vs non-GFEJohn, I've never had that long and that intimate of a sexual relationship with a woman, real, financed, and/or imagined, so I really can't recognize, let alone appreciate, those nuances that become apparent in a longer-term relationship such as yours. Nope, mine are typically about 60 minutes in length, 90 if I've forked over a few more bucks.

Found out my former ATF has lung cancerSorry to hear that, Impala.
A guy I know just lost one of his testicles to a bleeding tumor. The doctors diagnosed him with cancer. And he's getting married for the first time in a couple weeks. So not the way to start a new life with someone you love.

GACAUn-retired: Met my ATF. Married her. Divorcing her.
Question for Diva...That should've been either "left out" or "bad," not "left bad." I hate it when the brain comes up with two things to say and the mouth mixes them together. It happened in an accounting class once. Brain wanted to tell the teacher my numbers were either "way off" or "whack." Mouth should've gotten me kicked out of class.

SC Therapy.GACA, I can definitely relate. We all need our special places to get back into the zen of things. It sounds like for you, it's the strip clubs. For me, it's definitely the movies. Just a couple good hours to check out of reality and let our inner worlds balance themselves again.
James, the more time he spends with her, the more likely he's going to develop an emotional connection, too, which can make the (what I'm guessing) inevitable break-up all the tougher for both parties.

VIP - What am I missing? While Jim might have his points (except for the price of the VIP rooms; geez, I'd hate to walk into one of those clubs) I have to agree with Shadowcat. This dancer's just trying to empty your wallet and line hers. No offense, man, but while you might see her as a CF, she's just seeing you as a sucker with a full wallet.

Policy Changes at Schools after Students Dance to Song Celebrating StrippersYeah, but with a lot of songs nowadays, it's next to impossible to understand what's being sung.
