I like looking at them beach volleyball gals but, in truth, female athletes do nothing for me. Same for them super models. If I see a pretty soccer player, first thing that pops to mind is them stinky feet. Not their fault, but unavoidable in them sport.
Maybe some of the feminine tennis and golf players are an exception. Hantuchova is stripper hot but she doesn't win anything. Like Kournikova before her. But both got them classic stripper look.

I'd stay away during convention week. When you got a large influx of dancers (and escorts) during convention (or superbowl) week, many will be flaky and the attitude will be to make a quick buck at least service. You are a young guy, good kid, somewhat naive, not too accomplished in the girlfriend department, and not on the fast track jobs wise. Most of them career girls ain't gonna be interested in you. They put high premium on looks and/or career prospect. So no point in trying to be the exception that proves the rule.
If you can settle with an average girl (most guys do), and be reasonably content, go that route. If you've been bitten already and got a life long addiction to pretty gals, there's no good cure so you gotta manage with what you got. Just be careful and never forget: them strippers don't care about you. It's all about money. You ain't got much of it, but they'll gladly take all you got. Keep that in mind, and maybe you won't end up a casualty story.

@Omega22: Back to 2012. These days there are enough gals out there with good paying jobs so that short-term $$$ ain't gonna be a deal breaker. Pretty sure Lexington's got them too. Long-term, geekhead's dad is still right. But them career gals don't wanna get hitched till they're in the their 30s, so your goal's accomplished. One of my younger golfing buddies (bout motor-fuck-head's age) had his wife leave for another man a couple of years back. He's got two kids in high school that are staying with him. Fucking bitch. But money wasn't an issue. He's an orthopedic surgeon but his wife makes equal to better money. So go find yourself a career gal and leave them strippers for old bitter geezers.

@Omega22: Even at your young age, $1500 is too little to be budgeting for SCs. You need to find yourself a good girlfriend to relieve them stress (of course, you may get more stress if you end up with a bad one) and, more importantly, forge a career path that leads to at least 6-7 times that amount (after taxes) even to consider a lifestyle that includes regular visits to SCs. Otherwise you're on a path to being a fucking loser who depends on pussy from strippers. And with them chinese buying up everything, unless you focus like a laser beam (there ain't a cavalry coming to your rescue) your generation is gonna have an especially hard time. Cause we old timers screwed up. Anyhow, a guy needs to keep an eye on the big picture. Same for gals in this day and age. Don't become one of them democrat pie splitters. You'll have a miserable life.

@thesamurai's got it right. When I was in the Army, long time ago, even guys who never smoked as civilians smoked. Too much time on our hands and it was a means to bond among guys. IMO, any job that's repetitive and blue collar in nature tends to promote looking forward to a "smoking break."

@nickifree: microdong is right. Also, if you're a nice guy by nature, talking the talk won't translate to walking the walk. More likely you'll get a close encounter with them heavyweight bouncer or an equally well-proportioned dancer. So stay safe, and resist the temptation to whine. Girls don't respect guys who even give off a whiff of whining. Us guys find it annoying but otherwise don't give a shit. Them gals are wired to take it out on you.
A recent case in point: a couple of my mixed-doubles tennis partners, both ladies in their early-to-mid 50s, are super nice, well-mannered southern dames. But we got to talking about Andy Murray (before he won gold) and I was surprised how viciously these two genteel ladies were piling up on Murray for being a whino. If regular gals are like that, strippers will be 10 times worse (the term PL should be a hint).
