Eventually, actual lap dances started, but they were no touch, hands by your sides deals. Extras were unheard of and not possible given the physical arrangement.

It's best not to mention names. But, I don't agree on specific acts. LE knows damn well what goes on in high mileage clubs. As long as they don't get complaints from the general public, they have better things to do. Cops use hookers as sources of info on what is happening in the underworld. In return, the girls are allowed to operate. Plus, in more than one town, you know club owners pay off.

You have to be a stubborn, single minded, son of a bitch to open a strip club. The neighbors don't want you. The surrounding businesses don't want you. The cops don't want you. The politicians don't want you. If you ever do get open, you have a bunch of whiny, high maintenance dancers to manage. No, thank you.
