This discussion proves just how different PLs are from each other. I by far prefer LDK over HJ. To me its more intimate - hell you can do a HJ yourself. A nice sensual grind over thin slacks is gold. Espically when the girl gets into it to. Nude grinding is even better.

The only example I have; a small club (slight upgrade from hole in the wall) in Phoenix that an old friend of mine and I were considering buying. This was about 3 years ago so not sure what has changed. Owner said the club took in around $20K a month if business was just decent, more for busy months. Owner himself said he probably scored $4K per month or so. Enough to make a living, but he had another job too. I'd guess a large club the numbers would be around twice that, from what he said about managing a larger club at one point. It was an decent club actually, but the owner said his business partner screwed him over somehow. The club shut down about 2 months after we talked to the owner.

--Don't overcharge on anything; entry, dances, drinks, VIP etc. Make your money on volume and repeat business
--Semi private VIP; no, I don't need a dark room with the doors closed... but separate from the main crowd, and for heavens sake, NO BOUNCERS STARING at your dance
--per dance VIP pricing; instead of 3/$100 or half-hour/$250... that way if the dancer sucks, its much less damage
--make good drinks, not watered down messes
--if your average customer is not a millionaire, then don't try to act like a high-end club. I can find my own seat, I can dispense my own soap, etc.

Some keys to think about: If she starts moaning, usually loud, at the very beginning of the dance, she's probably faking. She might be legit if, 2nd or 3rd song in, she suddenly starts to pick up the pace - turns her head with her eyes closed and mouth open, and keeps her climax fairly quiet. She probably wont even tell you she came, but the wet spot on your pants and the sweat on her forehead make it pretty obvious.
Even in the sack most women don't announce it (unless you ask), so you have to know the clues I guess.

Of the cities I've been a patron in:
1. Tijuana (not SD) 2. Phoenix 3. Dallas 4. Detroit 5. Miami 6. Las Vegas 7. Los Angeles
I've been to others, such as Kansas City and San Antonio, and I can't even see myself adding them to the list. They were that bad.
And from what my friends say, Tampa would be right at the top, but I've never been there.

Popularity does determine the number of reviews a club gets, and I will say popularity among reviewers not just "normal" folk. But I've been to many clubs here in Phoenix at least that have hardly been reviewed, but offer great mileage. So it seems to be about the overall experience. That means popularity is determined by mileage, girls, venue, location, value, etc. It also seems that reviews are becoming a big factor and club owners should take note. Good reviews = more customers.

I also agree with gsv, especially that the sex/extras are just icing on the cake when you click with a dancer. But, like the commercial says, sometimes you feel like a nut... That's to say, clicking isn't always my priority when I'm hoping to "blow" more than my cash. My most memorable nights were definitely when BOTH clicking and cumming were in play, however.

Avg about $150 or so but range usually $50 to $400. Sometimes its been FS or close for less than $100 and sometimes i feel like i wasted my $300... Depends on the club and girls that particular night.

Yes I agree, it really is about the dancers... But the bouncers and management play a big roll too depending on how much they "ignore" in the club. I've have dancers tell me that the manager's will tell them basically "go make your money" and just "let me know if you need me." But some clubs the bouncers will all but stare while getting dances. Just depends. Could be the same club and great one night, but suck another. Like they say, YMMV.

I think this review is spot on. Been there about 4 times the last 3 months (only because its close). The club is nice, most girls are pretty, and VIP is a ripoff. See my review below. With the way VIP is priced, you easily get ripped off with the wrong girl. The stupid block pricing 3/100 makes this club a no go. I'd spend $$$ there if the club had better pricing. But greedy management gets like 25% per VIP... so they wont budge. Oh, drinks are pricey too.

Spot on mark94... it's so simple but clubs/dancers miss it all the time: GOOD EXPERIENCE = GOOD MONEY. SS, BS or playing games leads to LESS MONEY. I'm not even talking about "extras," but clubs/dancers don't try to work the system, just please the customers and your pockets will be rewarded.

I agree, davephx and I have read/heard about that law. But in my experience, most clubs are not even considered by LE unless they are blatant about what activities that go on there (see HiLiter). There were plenty of decent clubs in the Phoenix area that shut down d/t bad management, girls doing drugs, thugs as patrons, beating up custies (Centerfolds) etc. These clubs were not even threatened by LE before because of the dances, it was from other factors that made the club unsafe or risky. The HiLiter got too relaxed and obvious, so LE got "technical" when it came to their expectations. Other, low key clubs like Le Girls they leave alone unless something else stupid goes on there...then they get "reminded" of the conservative laws.
My complaint not about adherence to the laws, its about the way they do pricing. Should be $10-$15 air, $20-$30 VIP or something like it is at HiLiter, not 3/$100 that's ridiculous. I am actually on the phone with a regular right now who said he won't go back d/t dance and drink prices. I've only been 3 times this year for same reason. Look at Bourbon Street...its "no extras" but not "no contact" I kid you not I met a cop there last time I was there. LE does not care about grinding, squeezing, etc. They care about things like drugs, BJ's, shootings, exterior noise, etc.

Interesting. I also had my tire slashed at this club about a year ago. At the time I accused a pissed of dancer of doing it. She kept saying I "promised" to get dances from her but never did.

Another club I used to frequent. Like I said before if they got rid of their no touch policy AND lowered their VIP pricing, I would spend alot of $$ at this club. The girls are cute and friendly. And a good mix of dancers/music. I'd be fine paying 2/$50 in VIP, but 3/$100 is way too much when you don't know what you are getting. I refuse to pay $20 for an air dance.

Oh ya Angie...great time both times I've seen her. She told me what she wanted to do, then did it. No BS. No SS. No ROB. And makes sure I um... enjoy myself too. Also negotiates a very fair tip. I'll miss her when she's gone.

As sleazy and as "dirty" as it is, this would be a very good club IF they had better dancers and better management (yes, I know, the fundamentals of a club). I used to be somewhat of a regular here, making almost weekly visits. Now I basically stay away. It's too bad, maybe some day they'll get their act together again and deliver a decent product.

I've had dancers tell me there are cameras, and a couple of dancers say there is not. I would vote no. I haven't gone much lately, but let's just say things happened before that tell me there are no cameras in the VIP. Just things don't happen as often here as they did at some other clubs. If there are cameras around, their view isn't that great.

There needs to be some sort of "curve" for doing reviews. If you think an air dance is great, your review should only count as partial credit. I think I represent 95% of this site's members when I say that air dances suck! To each his own... oh an btw, CLUB AD for sure

Great review, I'm just a little late reading it. I used to be a regular there about 2 years ago and now I just go once a month or less. Three things keep me away: 1. No contact $20 dances 2. 3 for 100 VIP dances and 3. High drink prices. With the right girl, It's almost worth it, but still NO. Just too much risk for the PL just like you said.

Oh I almost forgot, the goddam bouncer there will STARE at you when you get dances making sure you don't touch... then the dancers have to tip them $$ for each dance! GTFOH

I totally agree with Heellover, I went twice in October 2016. Charged $10 cover when I arrived at midnight both nights. They close at 2am. The girls were actually ok--well most of them. There were only 3 on the topless side and maybe 4 on the nude side.
But the worse part has always been the dances. Word is they were raided years ago. Dances are no contact (no thank you) are cost $25 now. The girls can contact you but you cant contact them. Out of maybe 10 dancers over 2 nights, I'd say 2 are even decent. But $25 for a non contact dance is BS. Don't even like drinking at GABC anymore!

Damn good review. I go to Kansas City about 3X a year on business and stop at the Outhouse every time. Spot on description, pretty much every word!
