Seriously, the answer is both. I want to cum but need to click to justify cost/effort/risk. It's just not as satisfying/motivating without some level of chemistry fake or otherwise.

One thing that I have observed from the industry over the last few years is that sex and extras when not combined with any level of GFE can be had very cheap. @gsv: I tend to agree, though for me, just sex is often good enough. I will freely admit, though, that the experience my current friend gives me is much better than a simple mechanical fuck.
