@ilbbaicnl: That would be true for all of the drink hustle clubs. It's about 50% in most of them. The only exception is PT's downtown, where the "only" take around 25%. Not sure about the Frog over the river.

To the extent that our military is being used for purposes it shouldn't be used, I get what the OP means. Since getting out, I feel like it's less and less about protecting America's interest, and more and more about protecting America's *billionaire's* interests.
But that's entirely separate from the people who serve, and those people don't deserve the derision.
I once felt docsavage's discomfort at being told "thank you for your service," partially because as prevert says, I didn't do it for them, I did it for my own reasons. Then one day, a wise old man told me what he thought about it. Some of them say it because they are genuinely grateful for those who've served. Some say it because they feel mildly guilty for not going themselves. Still others say it for the appearance of piety. His advice was to just say "you're welcome" and move on. It was good advice, for me.

I've done it a few dozen times, but only with those whose company I already enjoy, though that doesn't necessarily mean sex. As for it being worth it, I'd say about half the time, it's resulted in a "maybe" turning into a "yes" for further fun.
My current regular, though to be fair, it's morphed into more of a sugar thing than simple OTC, said the fact that I was polite to the waitress we had helped her decide. :D

I've never heard of any Louisville clubs needing anything other than proof of age and eligibility to work in the U.S. And some of them don't seem to bother with the latter very often.

I'd have to say yes, simply because I've been the recipient of a couple of tentative feeler texts from a previously "not no, but fuck no" dancer. Started by complaining that a Saturday night is slow and she's thinking about leaving early. I replied, "that certainly sucks, I hope it picks up."

Given the number of "good ones", really, *really* good ones, I've had the great fortune to entertain OTC, your statement rings somewhat false to me. Mission BBQ on Shelbyville across from The Mall is excellent, as are City BBQ on Hurstbourne near Shelbyville Road and Momma's across the street from City, on Hurstbourne. Jucy's BBQ in Pewee Valley has really, really good brisket, smoked sausage, and sides. I'm only so-so on the rest of their meats. There are lots of others, but those are my go-tos.
Feast BBQ in Middletown and River Front BBQ on River Road are so-so; with the other choices in town, I don't generally bother unless someone else wants to go there. There's a couple of places across the river I've never been to.
