Excellent details. Thanks for the review. As a FYI. The club accepts US dollars but does not honor the exchange rate ($1 = 1.34CA as of the date of this review). If you pay in US dollars you'll have an automatic tip built in. As a result, I wished that I had exchanged US for CA dollars before visiting this club. Using CA dollars offer a much better value, except tipping with a loonie or toonie is awkward.

On a more serious note, if you are there in warmer weather, a trip to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a good concert is a must.
I was distinctly UNimpressed with the Denver strip club scene although the talent was pretty attractive.

A few suggestions. The arriba hotels typically offer condoms and lube to the girl. If you have condom preferences (personally, I like Skyn condoms), then you might bring your own supply.
The area around Hong Kong is quite safe but I still recommend that you drink in moderation and treat people respectfully. I also tend to order bottle beer rather than draft beer or mixed drinks. in an effort to reduce any opportunities for someone to spike my beverage. I've adopted this strategy for all clubs, not just those in Tijuana.
Finally, verify that your cell service is operational in TJ. Unless your Spanish is good, you may need to rely on Google translate for your negotiations with the ladies. I suspect that someone has provided some Spanish-English translations of key phrases for mongers, but I'm not sure where to find that resource. I recently heard of a web site devoted to TJ and Mexico; it is called chicabow.com. Might be worth checking it out.

I agree with Subra. We pay for services all the time. We hire someone to repair our car, another person to clean our teeth, another person to cook food. I don't pay for time and companionship from my mechanic, dental hygienist and cook, I pay for the service.
The only reason we do the verbal gymnastics suggested by CHKent is to avoid legal action. The better solution is to legalize and regulate sex work in a manner similar to the way that we regulate others service professions.
I have been surprised to see recreational marijuana legalized in some state. I wonder if one or more states will eventually will experiment with legalized prostitution. For those who are tempted to say that Nevada has already legalized prostitution, double check your facts. It is not a state-wide legalization, but county specific.

If I recommend rejecting an unpublished review, I will often offer suggestions for improvement. Before you get too upset, ask yourself if you could have communicated more effectively in your review and then submit a rewrite.

I didn't give specific prices because pricing varies from dancer to dancer and between customers. It even varies depending on the time of night and the dancer to customer ratio. That said, 200 and below might be a reasonable price point based on my evening visit. My afternoon visits have encountered higher quotes.

Thus I posted this as a Discussion so that 1) others besides you could chime in with wisdom and experience (its called a second opinion in the health care industry) and 2) so that other TUSCL members could contribute, read and benefit from this discussion thread.
For the record, I am not obsessed with pimps. Actually, I am more interested in supporting dancers who are NOT being managed (or "exploited") by pimps. I think that a women should be allowed to use her body as she pleases. I'm not on a crusade to save any dancer, but I would prefer strip club transactions with dancers who were consenting participants without being coerced by a pimp. This discussion thread and my private conversation with you has provided some insight into this aspect of the industry. Thanks.

I wonder how a pimp "makes" a girl work especially if you buy into rickdugan's comment about multiple resources for help out of a coercive relationship.
I would prefer to NOT do business with a dancer who was being managed by a pimp. I'd like to think that she was working voluntarily and taking my money and using it for herself, not to support a pimp. Perhaps this is a delusion?
