I'm sure mercury is a harmful substance. I used to play with mercury when I was a kid. Maybe that is why I missed out on fame and glory - mercury-induced brain damage. Who do I sue?

What a really excellent thread this is. Many of the thoughts have been expressed again and again, but this thread really nails it.
YES, STRIP CLUB LIFE IS A FANTASY LIFE.
YES, The girls all have pussies, most of them have a gift for gab and and the ability to play into the guy's fantasy, whatever it is. And their only real objective is to move the guy's money from his billfold into their purse.
Having said that, it's still a lot of fun. But as was repeatedly advised, just stay loose, stay cautious, don't believe half (or 10%) of what you hear when she is trying to seduce you (one way or another) out of your money.
The first thing I always say to any dancer that I find attractive: "You got the pussy, I got the money." That sets the tone for everything that follows.

Breathe, breathe in the air
It's all guesswork isn't it. Like Clubber, I won't be around -- sad to contemplate. But I predict there will be more brothels masquerading as strip clubs. This can only happen when the local government is willing to look the other way. East Saint Louis area, CT's Adult Bookstore in Gary, and Tropical Lei in Upland are three good examples. LE is aware of exactly what happens in these places. They have made an accomodation. But there always has to be a cover, to "protect the innocent and ignorant."

FarmerArt, promise to write an article for this site after you complete the trip. Take good notes as you go along.
From what I understand of your post, your travel route is not negotiable, and you undoubtedly have other motivations besides strippers. In fact you may get bored or disillusioned before the trip is over - I hope not, but one never knows.
With adequate money at your disposal and a need to constantly move on, you should push the envelope with all the girls. In some clubs it won't get you anywhere cuz they are just too damn strict. But I predict that if you do this consistently, using cash as a lever, you will have an occasional surprise.
I definitely agree with the advice to negotiate both price AND service in clear terms before you go into the private area. You will be tested repeatedly on this.

"Fuck Her Gently"
This is a song for the ladies
But fellas listen closely
You don't always have to fuck her hard
In fact sometimes that's not right to do
Sometimes you've got to make some love
And fucking give her some smoochies too
Sometimes ya got to squeeze
Sometimes you've got to say please
Sometime you've got to say hey
I'm gonna Fuck you softly
I'm gonna screw you gently
I'm gonna hump you sweetly
I'm gonna ball you discreetly
And then you say hey I bought you flowers
And then you say wait a minute sally
I think I got somethin in my teeth
Could you get it out for me
That's fucking teamwork
Whats your favorite position?
That's cool with me
Its not my favorite
But I'll do it for you
Whats your favorite dish?
I'm not gonna cook it
But ill order it from Zanzibar
And then I'm gonna love you completely
And then I'll fucking fuck you discreetly
And then I'll fucking bone you completely
But then I'm gonna fuck you hard

You want a short course in censorable lyrics (the best kind to get the juices flowing, check out this website:

Now my all-time fav stripper song is "Fuck Her Gently" by Tenacious D. I normally don't pay attention to the lyrics in strip club music but for some reason I started listening to that one and really adored the lyrics. What a great conversational topic that song made for checking out stripper attitudes about what might/mibht_not transpire in the VIP Room.

Clubber wake up and and say what you mean (I have no idea what you mean.) The fact is, no Supreme Court Justice has EVER altered a single word of the constitution. That can be done only through the amending process which is spelled out very clearly in the constitution itself.
Supreme Court Justices DO, however, alter the way the nation goes about doing its business. Two great examples (whether you like them or not) were the rulings which (1) ended segregated schools, and (2) legalized abortion. The constitution contained not one word about either subject, and still doesn't. But Supreme Court ruled on both, changing "the norm" which pleased some folks and pissed off others.

"Wives and girlfriends give sex in return for favors" -- according to Dudester. I'm sure that happens, perhaps frequently, but not always.
Let's say a guy and a gal meet, hit it off emotionally, hit the sack, and have great sex. No strings attached. They like each other and they both like the sex. So is the girl a whore? If "yes" please explain.

I think Dudester is onto something here. Dudester, my hat is off to you for pointing out something SO obvious, yet it never occurred to me before. California has ALWAYS had this over-inflated self-image and now see where they have ended up.
GET REAL, CALIFORNIA.
For starters, why not replace all those welfare vouchers with credits at the local Goodwill Industry and Salvation Army, and some kind of a food dispensary with the same flavor.
I lived in California for a while and still visit it (don't we all?) I have no sympathy for the self-inflicted wounds the Californians have imposed on themselves.

Hey Divadiver - this all-caps crap has got to go! Where is your head, man?
Hey Winorhino - great post, man. Let's see Kagan on a pole or on somebody's (not me though!) lap. As long as you keep that gorgeous big titted blonde as your Avatar, I'm on your side.
Who cares what the heck subject is brought up on this board anyway? My motto is, "read what I like, ignore the rest."
Don't worry, be happy.

No need to bash Wikipedia. Independent studies have repeatedly affirmed that Wikipedia is RIGHT almost all the time. Sometimes the style leaves a bit to be desired, and when somebody puts something wrong on it, somebody else comes along and corrects it. Occasionally verbal fights occur and the Management has to resolve the argument.
Wikipedia is one of the true gems of the internet. But as Wallanon correctly asserts, that has absolutely nothing to do with his post. So let's all get on board the "Review the Article He Wrote" bandwagon, OK?

If this stands up in court, it will certainly hurt the missouri strip club industry, but it will help the filling station industry in Saint Louis and Kansas City. Cuz there are numerous interesting SCs east of the Mississippi in Illinois, and west of the State Line in Kansas. Ya jes hafta drive a little further than ya otta hafta

Shoes designed to hold coins? FAR OUT, MAN. Might make sense in Canada, where there is no such thing as a dollar bill. Can anybody tell me what the smallest canadian paper bill is worth in US Dollars?
As for the other aspects of shoes, I am in total agreement with JudyJudy. Four Inch heels with no pads on the soles really flatter a dancer, or any reasonably attractive female. The thick pads make no sense at all to me, and I don't care for them.

I have to wonder if How is being sarcastic when he says 'of course, the "dancers" are having sex. In my experience, dancers/strippers having sex (IE, sexual intercourse, AKA fucking)is the exception. It can be had - my guess here - in about 10% of all US STRIP CLUBS, and in most of those clubs, it is not THE NORM, but must be negotiated and then the deed must be concealed, to lesser or greater extent depending on the club. Two clubs I know of where FS is the norm are Tropical Lei in Upland CA and Hawaii Theater in City of Industry CA. Certainly there are a few others. But there are a couple thousand (I think) strip clubs listed on TUSCL.

To keep the information buildup going, I will just mention a few more places/towns with HM, VHM, and Extras where I have personal experience:
Newburgh/New Windsor New York
CTs Adult Bookstore in Gary Indiana
Soft Touch in (or near) Washington Park, Illinois
and one place where other reviewer(s) indicated Extras are the norm
Babylon (town on Long Island) New York
Wallanon and Mister Guy have it right as far as I am concerned. Rather than paraphrase what they said, just go back and read their posts.

I agree with VinceMichaels, MisterGuy, and others who do NOT want more complexity in the rating system. I have studied rating systems and been subjected to rating systems all my life. I think it began with Consumers Reports rating systems. In my Corporate life we had seminars, workshops, and journal articles on rating systems. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THIS: The only way a MORE complex rating system would help TUSCL is if the raters themselves were trained, certified, and monitored. EVERYBODY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME RATING MODEL AND PROCEDURES INSIDE THEIR HEADS. Guys, that simply ain't gonna happen. I am one who believes the rating system we have now is more complex than necessary.
In my opinion, the board would be strengthened if one of us took the time to write an ARTICLE and posted it (for one month free membership) which described the way the EXISTING rating system is actually supposed to work, and provided several examples. That article could derive from a discussion topic similar to the one we are having right now, but devoted to improving/standardizing what we already have instead of suggesting new bells and whistles.
I can think of several ways the EXISTING system could be improved by better explanation and demonstration. But I don't really care enough to start the thread. If somebody else cares enough, and the discussion starts to show promise, I will jump in with my two cents worth. Assuming I still have access to my favorite web site at that time.

Seven Slease was fascinating but disgusting. I had some amusing experiences in there. All in all, I would say Tampa and us TUSCLers are better off without it. (If it ain't there it can't disappoint.)

To CTQWERTY:
Yes, definitely Sherry could be all over the country doing great things. One of the challenges (pleasures?) of TUSCL is trying to figure out what is fact and what is fiction. Not easy, but sometimes fun.
I did not know that some TUSCLers get so many PMs from strangers that they don't even open their PM folder. That is sad.
