I question the premise. Do we value fairness? Many do not. Many value power and money and prefer things to be in their favor.

There are nude photos allover the internet. Many dancers send me and I assume others, photos to get us to come in when they work or to entice us to set up OTC. Why would I need to pay for photos?

I will assume your premise is valid for the sake of discussion.
Just because we value something doesn't mean we have it. We strive for it but may never achieve it. We each have a different definition of what freedom and fairness mean. Even if we did have a common definition, no one knows how to achieve the goal.

Playhouse in Burlington - the Dj announces how many dances it has been with a customer so he can't complain about a miscount. Some guys are back there for an hour or more at $30 for five minutes plus the tip. The highest count I've heard was 30 something. Other dances go for volume. A different customer every ten or fifteen minutes for their entire shift. A few of the ladies will have twenty or more customers in a shift.

Costs for many things have gone up. Housing, Education and healthcare are bigger pieces of the budget than they ever were. those items are not optional. Real wages are down and expenses are up.
people do not have nearly as much discretionary spending as they did thirty years ago.

The clubs i visit run right up to closing time. As long as the dance will finish on time it can start.
Some clubs kick out all but a few and become a private lap dance club. This was much more popular in the 80s and 90s.

We have a duty to educate the newbies. Not just the new PL's and mongers but the new dancers.

I usually hit the clubs once or twice a week. In the past several months I have had a few weeks of no visits and almost with only one short visit. Social calls have also dropped in frequency. I think I am less than half of what was a year ago.

My wife would go to the clubs with me. On occasion she and her friends did go see male dancers. The other husbands were upset at first but got over it after we met up with them later.
I find it amusing hat the women that work in or go to strip clubs rarely find it degrading or disrespectful. The only women that do are those that refuse to check it out.

I've had them ask me to pay their rent, car insurance and medical bills. most of us on this board have. Why would I get upset at her asking me to cover her tip out?
As with those examples, if I like the way she looks and performs, I offer her the opportunity to earn the money. if all she needed was 40 she probably needed to do only one or two more dances for you.
