Women are having surgery to make their nipples more prominent. Like models on Instagram, they want nipples that are more easily visible when going braless, or look better when wearing sheer tops. But when men stop to look and pay attention, we are still going to get dirty looks and be called pigs.

This isn't entirely accurate. They only get upset when the wrong men look. We just happen to be the wrong men. Young, rich , handsome men are encouraged to look.
Sociologists have studied this. They ask women what things men do that they don't like, and then ask other women, what things men do that they do like. The lists are the same. Its just that the negative list has indicators which connote low socio-economic status, and the positive list the opposite.
There was a company which made a phone app based dating site. Their slogan was "no more douchebags". The women don't really want to meet guys, they want to screen guys out.
Now of course within the organization I am building, all of this will be neutralized. All of our guys will be considered legitimate and desirable. The women need to be taught this. But it is also because everyone will always be gainfully employed with an advancement path, and getting an ongoing education, as well as being an impressive group to start with. The women don't gain any rank or benefits until they clearly are able to see this. And it is the other women who make sure they understand this.
