She told me she supported her family (the requisite deadbeat boyfriend plus their kid) by working one or two day shifts a week at Follies.I said that didn't seem like it would be enough money to get by. She countered with the fact that she had already done 4 VIP's. This was at 3:30 PM, 2.5 hours into her shift. If we just call that 1/3 of her shift, that's 12 VIP's in 8 hours. That's a new sausage every 40 minutes.

At Follies she is probably 150-200 a pop (less 52 to the house).
Add in some dances and figure net 120 per VIP and that is well over 1500 per shift less tipout.

There are girls at Follies that have guys figuratively waiting in line for VIP. They seem to be headed to VIP every half hour or so. They are the exception, but they are definitely there. But I do not know if they can keep up that pace all shift.

It depend on how long she takes per guy. I have seen dancers in extras clubs have a line up of customers waiting. One gal I tried recently, before she got to me, did five consecutive customers in less than an hour, and she finished me off in less than ten minutes.

@gold you nailed it. And, this works in our favor when it comes to arranging OTC. If a girl says "I need X each week to pay my bills", and you can offer her X/2 or X/3 for an OTC then she can knock a shift a week off her schedule and be really happy when she's with you.

It wouldn't be out of the ordinary for a dancer to make several hundred dollars in tips every time they were on stage, and when not giving private dances, rotating among all the other tables making a lot of money just doing $5 table top dances on very shortly cut songs.
I miss clubs like that, not as much contact, but a lot of very hot eye candy to set the mood before heading out to a more laid back dive bar.

Playhouse in Burlington - the Dj announces how many dances it has been with a customer so he can't complain about a miscount. Some guys are back there for an hour or more at $30 for five minutes plus the tip. The highest count I've heard was 30 something. Other dances go for volume. A different customer every ten or fifteen minutes for their entire shift. A few of the ladies will have twenty or more customers in a shift.
