MG said, "Ugh, this is the exact attitude that I have in the state that I currently live in with respect to our state legislature. People complain that they want the govt. to do less, then the exact same people complain when the govt. doesn't do what they want them to do. It's a pointless circle... " Fair counter-argument to my contention that less = more for congressional activity. But I don't engage in the hypocrisy you imply. I don't complain about congress not doing something. I sometimes complain about things they do, and am quite convinced we have more laws that need revoking than need passing.

What is the dumbest thing you ever had a stripper say to you?
CCRider, many women are okay with covered BJ, but not digital penetration. I think they are worried about whatever germs they think might be on your hands. Dougster, those are some great examples of "Glittering Jewels of Colossal Ignorance" (per Limbaugh), or "the GALACTICALLY STUPID" (per Cruise in "A Few Good Men").

Good idea gone bad? Strip Mob for climate change (video).
Careful what y'all say here (me, too) -- MG or one like him will report us to [email protected] to the POTUS who tells us "I don't want to hear a lot of talkin' [from anyone who disagrees with me]!"

Most Exotic Drink in a SC?
I'd consider absinthe the "most exotic." But the moonshine story is a good one. Dadburn revenuers!

RIP, John Hughes. Perhaps the perfect stripper would look like Kelly LeBrock, ca. mid-1980s...

Term limits for congress would remove "politician" from the list of possible life-long careers. Congress would be a service, like the military. They'd be less efficient than the current congress, and thus get less done; however, as I love liberty, I don't dread a less-active congress.

    What is a dollar parade??
I've heard this type of thing called "Roll Call." All dancers gather at the stage, the DJ calls out their names, and they then make their way around the room giving brief lappers for dollars.

    How Slutty Is Too Slutty?
MG said, "The dancers at Cheaters are mostly one step away from street walking IMO." Your observation is on-target, MG. In RI, street walking prostitution is banned, but indoor prostitution is not. Cheaters girls are mostly prostitutes, and they don't have to hide it.

SuperDude said, "Term limits are premised on the view that voters are too dumb to know what they are doing." While the phrase "Speaker Pelosi" could lend credence to the view that voters are too dumb to know what they are doing, I contend that the reason for term limits is to improve the decision calculus for every issue congresspeople consider. As it is, their primary concern is keeping their job. This leads to bad decisions, and certainly leads to factors other than "what is right for the constituency?" influencing decisions.

How Basic "Why do you go" Question Affects Our Responses
The plain answer is: I go for fun. Sometimes, that can be just a good conversation with lots of laughs, or meeting someone new and interesting. Often, it means hooking up.

When is a Lap Dance not a Lap Dance?
As with an earlier topic on glossary terms, I really don't mind what it's called, I just want the best experience. At one club I visit, the dancers ask, "Do you want a table dance," but mean, "Do you want to have sex?"

Interesting take, samsung1. I typically prefer the smart ladies, and enjoy meaningful conversations with them. They still go all the way when the time is right.

What outfit would you like to see a dancer wear?
DandyDan's sports uniform stripperwear is a fine idea; however, cheerleading at major universities has absolutely become a sport. Dangerous and extraordinarily athletic. Not typically the stuff they do during "real" sporting events, but their own competitions...

Dancers phone numbers - do you take them or leave them?
For a dancer to give a bogus phone number without having been asked for her number seems senseless. If the guy tries to call it, his reaction is not likely to include giving that dancer more business. Giving bogus digits even when a phone number is requested is also pointless. Better to say "no."

    How Slutty Is Too Slutty?
I'm under no such illusion, Dougster; however, if it is obviously not enjoyable for her, I wouldn't enjoy it either. I'm sure judyjudy can back me up on my contention that just because it is for the money does not mean the dancer cannot also enjoy it.

What outfit would you like to see a dancer wear?
A nice dress that she could also wear to a restaurant. One could imagine the SC is actually a bedroom, and she's getting ready for you...

    How Slutty Is Too Slutty?
If all dancers approached it as jj does, I suspect the SC experience would improve. I only enjoy activities where I believe the lady I'm participating with also enjoys it. I'm not a fan of coercion, even if that coercion is simply the need for some of my cash.

Glossary Entries That Could Stand Improvement
Based on the obvious potential confusion with these terms, if it is not clear what she means when she asks for a dance, I typically reply, "What do you have in mind?" An open-ended question like this usually leads to an answer that lets me know if I want to partake.

Always sad for anyone to suffer, and I do not wish Sen Kennedy to suffer. But sympathy for his circumstance has no bearing on his reprehensible behavior and horrific approach to legislation throughout his too-long career. He's the best example of why we need congressional term limits. Blessings to him and his family in this tough time, still.
