I have never had a Detroit area known extras club girl not fulfil the agreed upon services. Clarify upfront what you want. Agree to a price before going to the room. Even quite a few will ask for upfront payment.
Do not assume that every girl at an extra club is an extra girl. Seems to be an increase in the younger fitter girls doing dances only.
I've also never had a problem with valet. But I uber most of the time anyway.

I have never paid the valet when Uber or lyfttakes me to any of these clubs.
Lately BT FC and LS have been up and down. I will agree FC has the most consistency. It's a good thing it's a short uber from BT or LS to FC.
FC actually does have a VIP area on the main level. It's somewhat obscured behind the door girl's desk,by the edge of the bar. I think they save it for those of us that are mobility challenged. I don't get up and down stairs nearly as fast as I used to so it was a nice option.

I've been to all from your original list except Germany.
From your list, we are really ranking extras friendly clubs. A non extras list would look much different.
Staying with extras clubs.... I'd include the rhino in COI. Gold club Tampa is up there. Diamond dolls pompano is also worthy.
If FC and LS weren't so close by, BTs in Dearborn would be thought of as a top club. It just plays 3rd to two of the all-time greats.

Clubs with hot fit young women and low mileage dances are a dime a dozen.
A couple clubs come to mind off hand.
Cheetah in Atlanta. Always full of hot women. They used to have a no tattoo policy, but I'm guessing they've lifted that.
Bourbon Street in Phoenix is another.
Penthouse in New Orleans.
Just pick the city you are traveling to and read some reviews.
You'll see a lot of the traffic here discussing clubs that are extras focused.

Ronjax gave you the big picture for Detroit suburbs. I wrote an article a few months ago.
If you have limited time you must visit Flight Club. Bring cash. Second stop would be Landing Strip. 3rd option is BTs... but it's hit and miss enough I'd call it a distant 3rd.
Good news is that if you catch a dud of a night at FC either of the others is only a 15 minute uber ride.
If a girl gets called up.to stage while in the vip with you.... she'll have to pay to be skipped on stage.
Pro tip.... tip a girl you like on stage well. Assuming it's not busy, she'll usually stop right over at your table. Most girls here don't work up enough sweat on stage to need to freshen up after a stage sets. They save the sweating for the workouts you give them in VIP.

The pompano triangle is definitely worth a visit. Probably cheaper ITC costs. Higher cost of everything else in the city. If you don't like Cuban girls.... skip this one.

Regarding uber..... I've had several girls ask for uber. You can use your uber to request the ride for her. If she declines this and just wants money for gas or uber.... run.

This will vary greatly. Depending how much you drink... tip... buy drinks for dancers.
Range is probably 350 on the low end. 800 high end? I'd rarely drop 1k. Maybe a few times at FC.
If you want to keep it under 400 .... try dayshift at bogies. Just keep your expectations low.
