Yes, she should. And guys should be able to (safely and legally), also. It's a good country, but US culture is pretty screwed up regarding sex. Many other cultures/countries are too. Too often religion and moralistic attitudes pervert normal behavior and desires into the legal arena.

Less than in the past. If it was just me, I'd probably go a bit more, but I DO NOT want to pass it on to anyone I love. My wife is perhaps more cautious than I, so I default to her level of caution. I take local covid trend lines and planned family visits into account. As others have said, do what feels right/safe enough for you.

Pretty much the same. Dancers still mostly pretty, mostly young, mostly thin, and fun to play with. They added a 15 minute option to the private rooms,( used to start at 30 minutes). Only downside is lack of $ dances, and dancers circulating as much, probably due to masking requirements indoors here still.
