I watched the first episode, it was an interesting story. The strip club was low mileage as a PL was beat and thrown out for touching some booty, even the VIP and Private room scenes were lame and tame. The eye candy was decent, the outfits were good, and there are a few scenes of some decent pole dancing. The nudity is very tame and mínimal, it felt like the nudity was accidental, and most of the story is outside the club. It is a show worth checking out for the story and characters but it is not worth the time if you expect a low key skin flick.

Even after too many visits to count, I gleaned some excellent tips from this article One tip I would like to add, though I feel it for TJ 201 level PLs: When entering HKTJ your senses will be overloaded, no matter how much you read, researched, and watched on YouTube, you will not be prepared for the eye candy overload. So the first few visits should be about enjoying yourself and having a good experience. Eventually, though the need to maximize the experience (sexually and financiallt) becomes important (thus the need to research and gather intel from sites like TUSCL), so I offer the following two tips for those looking to maximize their TJ mongering experience: 1. Though there are exceptions, it is usually a good idea to avoid BGs who decline ficha offers but push for arriba quickly. From my experiences these BGs are amongst the hottest (A team), most sought after. The ficha is an opportunity to become comfortable and develop some connection, seeing if there is at least the illusion of chemistry. Remember too the more a BG is sought after and goes arriba the more tired she may be by the time you approach her (subtip: during ficha, it might be a good idea to find out how long she has been on shift, if she is at the end of her shift, she might give you the cansada experience). 2. Though there are exceptions, it is usually a good idea to avoid the BGs who primarily hang out in the middle of the club, again these BGs are a the A team and amongst the hottest and most sought after. These BGs usually pass on the fichas or rush the ficha, offer arriba at a high price, allow to negotiate it down to the normal arriba price, and then provide a rushed, underwhelming experience. She is cute and her body is good (not great, her boobs do not fit the small hips), I would rate her a solid 7. I would not buy dances from her, nor take her to the VIP room for extra fun.

Sports is much more than atheltic competition and entertainment, sports primarily about money and many institutions and inviduals use the sports platform to promote and advance their causes and agendas, so it is not surprising the NFL is using this opportunity to promote social justice. I watch the NFL to watch football and coukd care less what songs they play before, during, and after the game.

@ludvug123 It seems like you are one of the success stories of online dating (mongering): however, my experience was quite different. A three month nembership for almost $40 to a "free" civvie dating site for serious minded people, where I viewed thousands of profiles (note: I estimate half were fake or scams), sent hundreds of messages, had a few decent conversations and went on two dates, left me underwhelmed when it comes to online dating sites.

UPDATE: I stopped Mongering in November 2019, I texted and called all my ABGs to advise them of my decision and to say good bye (mainly so they would not contact me). I tried to call SFBG but she did not answer my calls nir returned my messages, so I texted her to say good bye, she later replied with one message "adiós y cuídate" (good bye and take care). So to my surprise, she texted me in June 2020, telling me she was contacting me because she had not heard from me for a long time. After two days of trading messages, she finally told me she was in TJ for the HK reopening which was shortlived. I reiterated what I told her in November and I would not be visiting her in TJ and this time she did not respond, not even a "adiós y cuídate" message. The drama is finally over.

@jascoi Interesting write up of your visit. What was the process like for the HGs (hotel girls)? Describe the process and the number of HGs. I could understand making the best of the situation, now objectively with a few weeks to reflect, was your TJ visit worth the time, money, and effort? Would you do it again?

@bavarian I agree with you regarding your pet peeve about haggling. @oldgringo made a great point regarding negotiating being part of the culture and @tahoecruz mentioned he does it because it shows the BGs he is not a newbie who they can take advantage, others have mentioned using the negotiated amount as a tip for incentative for a better performance. All of these are valid points and I have had good and average experiences when I negotiate. While there is no foolproof plan or method (SJG's opinion to the contrary), the best part for me about TJ was learning from each experience.

@mongo1964 great point and certainly under reported. If the medical offices in the Zona Norte are still closed and the BGs medical cards are not being updated, the TJ mongers need to informed of the extra risks associated when visiting TJ.

@TFP Yes, @desertscrub is one cranky bastard who you would think would be more relaxed considering the amount of raíl he claims to be hitting. However, I take responsibility for his assholiness towards @papi_chulo because of my typo "tears" when it should have been "years". @papi_chulo it was "Cathouse" and I thought it was a lousy portrayal of the brothel, I would never want to visit even if they paid me to go.

I think Rachel Nichols is cute but I do not watch Sportscenter or MNF to stare at her. One of true benefits of social media and the vast array of content carriers is there is so much eye candy to enjoy for to become fixated on one celebrity.

For me Vegas is a fun city for everything except mongering, as the strip clubs are too expensive and have too many rules and the brothels are vastly underwhelming. Speaking of the brothels, I remember tears ago there was a reality series about one of the brothels and I remember thinking there was no way I was going to pay the exhorbant prices for those girls. As some Vegas TUSCLers have mentioned in other discussions there is plenty of fun for a decent price but you need to know where to look because the obvious spots are definitely tourist traps.

Though they may dampen or even ruin your clubbing visit, they are a part of the fabric of strip clubs. The clubs may market to different type of clientele at that end of the say, it is all about the money. So if some guy goes into a club throwing money at the girls and manipulating most of the talent, so be it, I do not let it ruin my experience. I find another girl, go to another club, or call it night and save my money to monger another day.

For the most part bartenders (and waitresses) had little to no impottance to me when I was clubbing. I remember one bartender who had nice assets and a large following of fans at the club and promoted her IG, everytime i visited and she was working there were at least 10-15 customers just hanging out with her. I found her attractive and very flirty but not worth paying the entrance fee just to see her. At another club these two waitress would take turns serving drinks and watching the adult products store. After a great VIP experience o ordered a drink from one of these waitresses and she sat down and started talking to me, then the other waitress came by and she introduced the waitresses as her sister, though they looked nothing a like. As the club was dead and about 15 minutes until closing we talked and I ended up visiting that club one more time just to hang out with those waitresses.

According to HKTJ's website (HK tijuana.com) the club is still closed with no announced opening date. However, for the hardcore and overly adventurous TJ Mongers, Hotel Cascadas and Hotel Rizos are open with BGs and SGs available. With HK's short-lived opening and subsequent closing there were plenty of BGs and SGs looking for work. Though not the party atmosphere and abundance of choices, there seem to be options worthy of the effort if you are willing to make more than the usual effort to visit TJ.

It seems BGs went to TJ to work thinking the bars in the Zona Norte would d be opened, so the selection at the hotels might be ok, though to me still not worth the effort to go and try to cross the border.

According to HK's website (HK tijuana.com) the bar is closed, while Hotel Cascadas is open. With a few BGs making the trip for last week's short lived opening, there might be a decent selection of BGs for a few weeks. If I was mongering, even with the extra BGs it does not seem worth the trip.

@papi_chulo HK allows SGs in the hotel (though some will not go there) and yes, some of those SGs out there are most likely the displaced HK BGs. The SGs who hang out nearest to HK & Hotel Cascadas are the ones who use that hotel but the best way to know, just ask her.

@tfp I respect the hustle. As one of my favorites it was a sad day to let her know I was saying good bye and I explained it to her clearly and she seemed to understand. So I was surprised when she reached out to me for two main reasons: 1. I thought it very clear I would being seeing her again and 2. I thought she was snarter than to return to TJ in the current situation It took two days worth of messages for her to finally let me know she was in TJ.

@tahoecruz True, it took me three or visits to learn the true value of the fichas and the A team does not always provide the best experiences. I think initially the visual overload can be overwhelming and it takes time to learn to have a great time. I was also advising TUSCL TJ Nation about the BGs that hang out in the middle the club can be amongst the most expensive, non negiators BGs and underwhelming experiences. Solo mis dos centavos
