Las Vegas mother upset by tents provided to homeless by local gentleman's club
Vegas has a huge homeless problem. It's not uncommon when coming out of the grocery store or filling your tank at a gas station to have someone come up to you, give you a sob story, and ask for some money.

House fees in Vegas clubs
I'm not sure about the 20% but Little Darlings has a 33% tip out per dance/VIP so it might make sense. The $65 house fee sounds reasonable though. I've only been to Centerfolds once and didn't spend any money (so no review).

What about the Vegas listing? Why is Treasures at the top when sorting by most recent review despite the fact that other clubs have more recent reviews? I remember on the old site, it also used to be surrounded by a light yellow background, like an Ebay listing where you paid extra to flair your product.

Anybody know which rooms have the sex swing in them?
Master Suite on 5th and 6th floors do not along with the Double Suite on the 9th floor. However the 9th floor Double Suite does have a stripper pole.

Club Ratings
I think you want your review system to weigh newer reviews more heavily than older reviews. I think the easiest way to do this is by degrading the score of older reviews before adding it to the cumulative score of the club. This means that scores from a year ago would be worth only 80%. Scores from 2 years ago would be worth 64%, and three years would be 51%, etc. I'd also prefer a more simpler review metric, just a simple yes/no. That kind of information is more valuable to a person who Googles something that brings them to this site. They don't care if some club offers a 7 out of 10 parking experience compared to a 5 out of 10 in another club; they just want to know if the majority of people who went to that club recently had a good time. My idea: A club's rating would be a ratio of 2 numbers. A yes review would add 1 to the numerator and a no review would add 0. For every review, 0.25 would be added to the denominator. The score for each club would then be whatever number you get from dividing the numerator by the denominator. This might not result in pretty numbers, but it will give you a comparison of all the clubs in a given area so that they can be sorted by a score. You can make the scores pretty by curving them if you want sort of like a school test where no one scores higher than 90%, so the guy who got 90% ends up having his grade curved up to 100%. Degradation: Reviews for each club could be sorted into 12 month groupings. As mentioned earlier, clubs that are in the 1 year old grouping would have their scores degraded once, clubs in the 2 year old grouping would be degraded twice. The degradation amount would be based on how much weight you want older reviews to have. For instance, if you wanted reviews from 5 years ago to still carry 20% of their weight, you'd degrade all scores by 28% (multiplying by 72%). If you want scores from 5 years ago to be practically useless, you'd multiply by 55%. One other thing you'll need to do in order to combat clubs with very little reviews from topping your score list is to artificially increase the denominator of every club up to a certain amount until they have enough reviews to exceed this amount. Otherwise a club with 1 positive rating is going to find itself at the top of your score list. So with my examples, you could set the artificial number to 2, so that every club starts off with the equivalent of 8 negative reviews and their score won't be as correct until they get at least 8 reviews. This will also force clubs with very few reviews down to the bottom of the lists which is probably where they should be. --- I derived this from my experience utilizing the EP/GP systems in MMORPGs. It created a tiered list based on the ratio of time a player put in (effort points) versus the amount of loot they took out of the system (gear points). Gear was given to players who had the highest ratio of EP to GP. In the case of strip clubs, clubs with a lot of positive reviews (EP) will have a higher ratio score compared to the clubs that get a lot of negative reviews (same increase to GP but very little increase of EP, lowering their ratio and dropping them in the list). Strip club customers are then more likely to go to the clubs with the higher ratio scores and if they have a good time will submit positive reviews of that club to keep them on top. Clubs that get bad reviews will fall in the rankings and might get less customers because of it.

Only problem I have with Yang is he's going too big. I remember during Clinton and Obama, I received a check for $600. What if, instead of one check for $600, I received 4 checks for $600, one each year. And instead of receiving one check per year, I received 12 checks for $50, one check per month? The good thing about UBI is that you can start small and still see results. Give citizens $50 a month with a modest tax increase on the wealthy to pay for it. Evaluate it after 4 years and then increase it bit by bit.

"There is a certain % of the population that if you guarantee them a certain amount of income, they will sit on their ass and do nothing." Or maybe they will produce art or poetry. Or maybe they will consume products and help our economy. Welfare fraud still exists without UBI; UBI isn't purposely trying to eliminate it. "Wow you mean human beings actually support getting something for doing absolutely nothing?" Uh, living? "A tax on wealth makes the wealth disappear eventually" No, the money will trickle back up to the wealthy. "why wouldn't business just price gouge everything especially since they all know we all have an extra $12,000" Because they'll lose business to other companies who price their goods aggressively.

One of the things that drew me to this site was being able to see all the clubs in my city and in other cities. The recent changes to reviews does make it feel a more difficult to navigate.

Does there really need to be a message link on every single post in a thread? I don't mind having to click into a user's profile and click the message link there. If you insist on keeping it, maybe make it a symbol (mail icon) next to the person's name along with an ignore symbol.

How to turn down an extremely aggressive dancer pushing for an overly priced Cha
Unfortunately OP, the first thing you need to learn if you want to club more is how to say no, not to the girls but to yourself. If the hottest, prettiest girl comes and sits in your lap and offers you the world for a price you're not comfortable paying, then you have to say no. There are many, many pretty girls that you'll never meet or get to spend money on but you'll have a better chance at meeting more of them if you say no to the expensive ones. Every expensive girl you turn down allows you to enjoy many of the cheap (but just as attractive) girls that actually deserve your money. For the time being, don't spend more than $100 per girl and turn down any girl that asks for more than that.
