Well, maybe. If there are any businesses left with any money to purchase these new technologies. If we are still in lockdown come the Fall ? Well, I dont' really want to think about that.

Bars will open in Phase 3. But there is no timetable in the phases. May 1 starts Phase 1 and each phase has to be at least 2 weeks. So the earliest would be June 2. I'm guessing it will be closer to mid to late June. And that is most of Florida. Ft Lauderdale/Miami will be a couple of weeks later than that since they have not gone into Phase 1 yet.

6 months from now, the media will remind us that a second wave is coming. So clubs will be open, but people will be nervous. I would not be surprised to see touching not allowed in most clubs. A year from now, no one will remember Covid 19. The fun will be back. Although the economy won't be back so we won't be spending as much money then.

There are several different types of girls on SA. Some are outright escorts making living. The stock market has gone back up because of the hopes of a V recovery. A V recovery is based on the idea that everyone goes back out in the 2nd quarter and starts spending again. CNN has done such a good job of terrifying people. That I just dont see that happening. Also, a lot of people have burned thru their savings over the past couple of months. And a lot of business owners aren't going to have any cash to do any expansions or investments for a while. So earnings estimates for 3rd and 4th quarter are going to start to be lowered soon. Also, don't be surprised about a surprise bankruptcy. Some industry that you did't think was affected suddenly is. I went to about 30% cash a few days ago. May go to more cash soon. S&p is going back to 666. But it could get close to 2000 again.

Be patient on the re-openings. The states have to set up their testing capacity. So even though they probably want to open quicker, they have to do it relatively slowly. The contact tracing is the key to get to Phase 3. Some states are not close to being able to do that. But most states will be into Phase 3 sometime in June.

Andrew Cuomo is a real ass-clown. But he is also a very good politician. He somehow has excellent approval ratings despite making some very dumb decisions on this event. He will very likely get re-elected. AND I would not be surprised that he is the presumptive favorite to get the Democratic Nomination for the 2024 Presidential election. I would be afraid he could beat Pence for that election. He is a lying scum and makes awful decisions. But he makes very good speeches.

Shutting down schools is exactly what they don't need to do. Young people have a better chance of death from alcohol poisoning than they do from Corona. But they can get Corona. We need the youth of America to intermingle, spread it to each other, then build up the herd immunity.
We already have ramped up testing, we already have the PPE and equipment. Except in just a few areas, the hospitals are empty because there are no patients. We need to rip the band-aid off this thing and go on with our lives.
